Hi everyone :)

I was thinking of joining one of the main st group casinos, but I noticed on their banking page, that payouts take 14 days to process :eek2:

Do they really take this long to make payouts via Moneybookers or Neteller, if anyone knows I would appreciate a reply, so I can decide whether or not to join them.

Also does anyone know how long King Solomons take to process payouts, I have played there a few times, and like it there, but as of yet havent requested a withdrawal. :D

Atleast 14 days. No lie. I gave up on them awhile back. Im usually good about not reversing but they tempt too much because of the wait. They wont flush either. Well atleast for me they didnt

yes it takes approx. one week (5k max cashout per week). Last week they paid 5k of 12k winnings so far (slots plus).

14 days !! :eek2: Are you guys serious...this is supposed to be an accredited casino group here and they are actually taking this long to pay their players ??

As far as I know, this has always been the case with them Rob. I had been going to play there about two years ago maybe, and got on live chat and asked about their withdrawal times. I was told 14 days, and when I told the rep I had Moneybookers and was from Canada, she said that was standard for everyone, not just the US. Way too long for me.

Going by a couple of the posts though....it looks like they've lowered that to seven days. Still too long for me though, lol. Not when others can pay in 24 hrs or less.

Totally agree Pina, that time frame is absolutely insane in the 21st century and the so called electronic age we live in now. All I can make of this is that it has to be a cash flow issue only and winning players are getting paid as other players are depositing !!

Bryan/Max, what is the time frame for an accredited casino to pay out winnings if that is a part of the accreditation process considering that the player has already submitted all docs ??

Not so, when they were Playtech I was paid through Neteller in 4 days, sometimes 3. They quoted up to 7 days. This 14 day thing came about with the change to RTG. What seems different about Main Street is that this is not simply a large timeframe to cover their asses, they actually DELAY processing until your 14 days has elapsed. Certainly, for non-US players, there is no excuse for 14 days to an eWallet, and I am surprised they get away with it. However, they are hardly ever mentioned here, and if you are happy to wait 14 days, play there, and they will pay provide you don't break the rules.

Since they are RTG, you might as well play at one of the other accredited ones. Club World offer RTG casinos in the Euro and UK Pound, as well as the Dollar, which is quite unusual as most RTG casinos only run in US Dollars. Club World pay out FAST. I have had Neteller payments in under an hour during the working day, the weekly withdrawal limit is $3000 (or 3000 3000 for the others).
Rushmore and Cherry Red MIGHT be worth a try, but they are still adding extra deposit and withdrawal options. They will certainly be worth a try a little later when this is all sorted. If you like the SLOTS, both these have a 400% slots only bonus tucked away, some players have missed it. You can get up to a whopping $2400 for $600, although don't forget the $2400 is not cashable, it's one of those phantom bonuses. This will at least make your first deposit last 5x longer if the slots are all dead;)

Uh, even if you're an American, there's NO EXCUSE for any casino to take 14 days to pay you if your wd method is to an ewallet.

If there is, please don't tell the VPL group.....I really like getting paid via QT in under 48 hours....from the time of the original wd request.....and flushing that wd instantaneously once requested via live chat...

You are absolutely right Vinyl, I should have included that in my post. It was when they switched to RTG, that I got on live chat inquiring about the withdrawal times, as I had seen posts by people here stating the 14 day thing. And, like you, I played there when they were Playtech, Twin Aces to be exact. I honestly think they were a much better operation when they were Playtech, and one of the few that I trusted.

This payout delay thing definitely only came into effect when they switched softwares.

I have posted about it before, and Bryan did see it, and said that if anyone was having problems, to let him know. But I do agree that 7-14 days for an accredited casino, is not acceptable.

Thanks everyone for the replies.

I guess I will be giving this group a big miss, fourteen days is far too long, especially for an accredited casino.

I cant see why changing software from Playtech to RTG would make payout times increase, other RTG casino's pay the same day or next day, so I cant see why these take so long, theres no reason for it especially when you have Neteller and Moneybookers accounts and are outside of the USA, and even people in the USA shouldnt have to wait fourteen days as others have said.

Any Main Street Groups Reps on here, who would care to come and give us an answer as to why payouts take longer with them than with any other casino I know.

Totally agree Gia, and I don't see any legitimate reason for this either considering that Clubworld and INetBet can pay the next day...maybe Bryan can offer his thoughts on this if a Main Street Rep will not bother to respond although there should be one that would respond considering they are accredited here !!

I think that is also part of the accreditation that the reps will take part in the forum and offer responses to the players questions, if it's not...it should be !!

After playing with these guys for about 8 years I would like to know why too.

My payouts (always via moneygram) are usually done in about a week...but still???

Rediculously Sloooooowwww

I can vouch that the Mainstreet Group is slow, extremely and its rediculous.
Last year I won a random jackpot of just over 12k at LVUSA and it was about 6 weeks before I got even the first installment, another 3 weeks for the 2nd one and about 2 weeks for the last part of the payment. The ONLY good thing was I did thankfully get my money. I think their playthrough requirements are a lot higher than other RTG's too, but that's another topic I suppose...

If all the other RTG's were paying at that rate I would chaulk it up to "the standard" but its obvious that Mainstreet Group in comparison with other RTG's could produce better payout times. Just my 2 cents...:p

Dear Forum readers,

Let me begin by thanking everyone for their comments both negative and positive as this only helps us to make changes to service you better and to clear up any misunderstandings.

There are several points that we wish to respond to:

1. When we switched from Playtech to RTG - which was 2 years ago - we did adjust the terms and conditions on our sites to expand on the payout time frame. The process involved in switching from one platform to another and all that it entailed necessitated this.

2. We do not give preference to any of our players under any circumstances based upon where they reside. For example whether you live in Canada or the USA, you are treated with the same level of respect, customer service and payout times.

3. Yes, we have had past difficulties for a variety of reasons with our payout methods - all of which have been fixed. As many of you know several processors have shut down over the last year and a half. Despite this, we have continually sought out new methods to service, accommodate and protect both our clients and our business.

At Mainstreet, we track each individual payment time-frame and movement from the time a client requests it to the time that we send the payment. Other than in cases that require additional info/docs/clearances etc., all payouts are made within 3 days. There are cases where additional factors delay payouts (clearance periods for certain deposit methods/pending doc's/unsettled chargebacks/incorrect or closed electronic accounts/duplicate accounts, etc). We diligently contact clients in these cases and continue to email/telephone to follow up so that we can process the payment.

Having said that, we continue to list our payout time frame as 14 days because we would rather err on the side of caution for those cases where circumstances involve a longer than normal payout time.

We strive to maintain a high level of customer service, payout expediency and positive encouragement for all of our clients.

For those of you who are not aware, we recently changed our Mainstreet Affiliates program to offer a 60% earnings over 3 months to new signups as well as stopping the process of negative carryovers. Our affiliate program is consistently in the top 3 fastest payout methods. Our player payouts strive for the same as they work hand in hand.

We very much appreciate all of our clients and are always looking for new members.

Well I have just managed my first withdrawals from Vegas Casino Online in about 6 months. One was requested 5 days ago, and after contacting support today, I was told it would be sent to me Tuesday (7 days). I requested the other withdrawal 4 days ago and that one is still reversible:confused:

So I don't believe this "all payouts are made in 3 days". And I am sure my account doesn't fall under the exceptions listed as I have had my account for 8 years back to the Twin Aces days....and I can assure you everything is up to date. I can only imagine how long new players have to wait.

Furthermore I was never contacted "diligently" or otherwise as to the delay.

I don't want to sound ungrateful as these winnings were derived from a manager bonus (credited due to the fact that I haven't won in 6 months:D), but I have already reversed and lost thousands this year because of the slooooooow payouts(not reversing these though) So while I applaud the fact that Main Street has stepped up and acknowledged this thread, it still seems like its business as usual and the "3 day payouts" were just to shut us up:mad:

Well after 7 days my withdrawal was finally processed. Now lets see how long it takes for it to be sent!! How can they say that "all payouts are processed in 3 days"??? My case certaintly did not involve any circumstances that would involve a longer payout time.

And my second withdrawal request as of yesterday was still reversible. That is SIX DAYS as reversible. How can this group be accredited with such lengthy waits? They need to be seriously reconsidered as an accredited casino group. A few years ago I remember I had a withdrawal from Virtual where the whole process from me withdrawing to cash in hand was in less time.

As a Playtech group they may have been one of the best, but with RTG they are becoming the worst accredited group here.

The post from the Mainstreet CS rep simply looks like a plug for ther affiliate program, as the rest of it is simply BS:mad:
