I won like 2-3 times last week and had successful withdrawal, toook days for it to come but it eventually came. now 5/9 2022 i tried to withdraw a win of 1900eur.
they have been asking for all kinds of documents which i provided. yesterday 9/9 they rejected my withdrawal 4 times. i have sent so much documents and proof and cannot believe how poorly LVbet is handlig this... THIS IS MY WORST EXPERIENCE IN 10 YEARS!!!! Today im going to contact my lawyer to see what legal measures i can take.

i even had to send a picture of my face holding my passport open next to me and a note with the date written on a paper... you know how bad i feel about this!? send such proof with risks to be compromised in the future.... i've sent pictures of my physical bankcard and still need to resend. i have sent a total of 13 pictures for 4 categories.... i do not feel good at this moment sending such amount of proof. im posting pictures soon here for people to see what im going through, feeling like a criminal trying to get what is mine.

this just some stuff im going through, look how many pics i've sent and files to them.

Hard to believe in 2022 we're still pinging dog eared pictures of gas bills to casinos etc:laugh: UK bookies will seldom, if ever, request (even cards) and will e-verify you through electoral registers etc but yeah, outside of that, still par for the course for most

LV asked me for a selfie, closed the account at the time but also heard of other casino's asking for selfies outside a street name on the road ;)

If you make no headway with them can ask the rep to help @LV BET

this is ridicoulus, i sent them the bank statement documents straight from my bank with the following of "Bank name, My full name, BIC,IBAN numbers, and my adress" and it was not valid.... do they want me to fly over to the office to show my self to have my withdrawal accepeted??? worst is that i have gotten earlier withdrawals without problem, except waiting 3 days thoo.... i got no words for this stuff...

now im getting an update on monday where they need "MORE INFORMATION" so im gonna have to wait another 3 days because im 100% sure they will return my money again to my LVBET account (6th time). Im feeling like im being scammed right now, i've sent them so much that if i were to be comprimised i would have problems in life.... Im going to file a complaint tomorrow if i were to not get my money by tomorrow. I do not feel good to have sent so much documents of my identity that im feeling im being scammed or something will happen.

Always at withdrawal time, how many cases do there have to be before the UKGC finally wakes up and does something.
It took them years to do the only positive thing they have ever done, banning reversals, after that casinos resorted to plan B,
using any excuse to stall withdrawals for as long as possible in the hope the player gets fed up and blows the funds.
Allowing deposits while holding withdrawals is as shady as you can get.
SOW should be redefined as Stalling of Withdrawals

exactly, stalling my withdrawal to make me go mad and lose everything... I even withdrew to show them no mercy that i am NOT going to GAMBLE THESE MONEY I HAVE WON.. i withdrew 1900.04eur to show them im not going to gamble....

Anyone with a large balance tried to withdraw in small chunks, seems money is safer in the balance as they dont want to
block deposits.Would be interesting to see after a few small withdrawals if a larger one triggers a SOW or whatever.

Can anyone help me file a complaint... this is getting to ridicolous.... keep asking me same shit over and over again, probably gonna ask if i remember the first time i took a shit in my life tooo.

For the record, we have received a PAB from @stevo4991 regarding this issue.

As per the PAB rules, we have asked the OP to now refrain from discussing the issue in public while the PAB is active -- but of course everyone else is welcome to have at it! :D
