Hi all, I tried to verify myself sent the usual passport letters my card wasn’t verified as my card wasn’t signed I sent it again and they said it wasn’t recieved, send it again they said it was blurry. Forgot all about
It as didn’t deposit there again for a while. so I sent it again 48 hours ago this time clear and with the back signed and I’ve had no response it’s still awaiting
Approval on the website. Not overly impressed with how long it is taking
To verify a bank card because I know
If it was to come
To withdrawl it
Would be delayed because of
This when in fact I’ve sent it three times now the last time was 48 hours ago. How long do they take to verify a card anybody got any experience?

I've talked to our rpf team and looked at your account and the note in regards to approving your documents was posted at 4:42 GMT time on the 6th of March. But I see that (and I'm terribly sorry) one of our agents did not tick the box that changed the status from "awaiting approval" to "approved" which in fact has made you see this message.
It should be displayed now as verified. I'm also sorry for replying only now - I'm not at the office during the weekends and visit the forum occasionally.

How refreshing it is to see a rep admit there was human error without all the bull or trying to make up some story about how a system failed, let them down or even spin the blame on the customer.

Nothing worse than having to play the bullshit game, i find it an insult to my intelligence most of the time (unless their really good at bull) and am usually left thinking 'do they really think im that stupid?'.

Professional customer handling is simple, admit your errors and flaws 'we messed up and were fixing it, sorry'. All trust is completely lost when your customers sense bull and it NEVER returns.

That's casino rep of the year for me right there!

Disclaimer: It is only March and i am easily swayed with bribes. However, in the absence of bribery my integrity is flawless.

Edit: For the record my verification was swift and smooth, which was going to be my reply before i read the posts.
 
I tried to verify and it stated "not needed at this time" which is unusual, I usually try to get my kyc done before so I know I have zero issues withdrawing, still never hit anything decent at this casino yet. Maybe one day when they install more BTG games etc... Lil devil and the sorts. For now I'm playing elsewhere and winning for a change! They are a nice casino though, promotions, tournaments etc.
