Just submitted my first withdrawal request with them this morning. I had to submit a ton of documents, more than any other casino I've requested a withdrawal from. Not a huuuge deal, the rep was super helpful and kind.

It's been about 5 - 6 hours and they haven't been reviewed yet, again not a huge deal, I'm just used to having my documents verified within an hour.

I asked to lock my withdrawal and it seems this is only available for selected players? Maybe only verified players? She didn't say why, just said it's not available to all players. I thought that was a bit odd. How does one become a 'selected' player?

I've sent you a private message in regards to your withdrawal.

Now when addressing the locked withdrawals - I believe this might be something lost in translation. We don't have a group of 'selected' players (although you guys from CM will always get some 'magic dust' from Tyler) but there are certain factors that weigh in on the decision to lock it. It's a manual process and until we finish developing (which we almost did) a better filter system for us - it's difficult to pinpoint the exact WD request. I need to say that (since we like to be as transparent as possible) that a lock withdrawal request will always raise some kind of a red flag for our Responsible Gambling team and we might be obligated to follow with additional document requests and checks.

I hope that clarifies this a bit - I can promise though that we are working hard to make it all easier.

Thanks for the clarification, and sorry for the late response, I'm not super active in the forums here. For me, locking my withdrawal is peace of mind that it will be processed so I dont keep checking the status, but I can see how it would raise red flags.
