Regarding the withdrawal fee, as it is explained in our terms and conditions point 17.d

1. Withdrawals of winnings or parts thereof will be paid out upon request of the player. Please note that only first withdrawal a week is free of charge. A second and every next withdrawal the same week costs a fixed fee 5€. The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is no less than 20€ (or equivalent in other currency) with the exception of an Account closure in which case the player has the right to withdraw the full balance no matter how much it is. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is effected by any of the payment methods available on the website.

Bonanza, we have already contacted the game provider regarding this error and it should be fixed within a few days, but unfortunately, it is beyond the control of our casino team, so please accept our apologies for the delay.

There are some similarities in terms of game providers and features, but our casino pages are very fresh, especially since the latest update, so we hope you prefer ours.

I'm afraid that our calendars and clocks are quite synchronized apart from the time zone being slightly different I'm afraid we have contacted the game provider multiple times and we're still pushing hard for an answer

I understand it's annoying but look at it this way, it's a small workout tapping the button. Nevertheless, I get your annoyance (and theapple's too!) at this matter and we'll send them a reminder.

The casino is untested by our Meister Minions, so watch this space if you want up to date info on payout times. For now, they are claiming up to between 12 and 15 hours payout times with a up to same reverse timeframes.

Made a withdrawal last night of £4k and checked with live chat this morning when it is going to be processed, only to be told it can take up to 3 business days.

Can you send me via PM your username or email address you used to register just so I can be sure I'm looking at the right account?

In regards to our Agents warning about "up to 3 business days" - there isn't much more they can promise as this is (72 hours) the time that we give in our Terms & Conditions as a reference. The 12 to 15 hours of payout time is the overall average of how long does it take to process a withdrawal.


Consider please the very busy period that the end of the year is for us - but let me just look at the details and come back to you via PM.
