They just want to keep you as a player. Nothing wrong with that. If you told them you were slitting your wrists because you have a gambling problem, that would be a bit different.

You should be thankful they even offered you something to stop you from going ahead with it.

When I used to close my casino accounts via live chat they never ever offered me anything. Not at the casinos you have tried in though but other casinos I mean. So I just never close my accounts anymore.
