Which casino's didn't even bother to give you a Merry Christmas email let alone a bonus?

Villento brands tops my list. $5,500+ in deposits and nothing.

Fortune Lounge runs a close 2nd. $3,000+ in deposits and I get a pop up from the players club website wishing me a Merry Christmas and telling me it's my 5th anniversary with them. Bonus of any kind? Nupe.

The most surprising one to me was Clubworld. Playing there daily and losing muchos....and nothing at all , not even an email to say happy holidays!....not that I expected anything except maybe an email wishing me well...but am surprised that so many have given and the ones, that one has been loyal to for a long time has not...

I think it's because they know USA players have a limited amount of casinos to play at and that we will continue to play there whether or not we are acknowledged with a gift or not.. I will say this, I have moved Clubworld to my last place to play at folder..not only because of no acknowledgement , but because I haven't hit anything there in a very long time..the games feel different lately and it does not feel good at all...the bonus rounds have been dead..unlike some of the other RTG's I play at...

This thread follows in line with the other one about Xmas presents from casinos but Villento and Club World both didn't bother to send anything to me and they certainly get the majority of my business.

I thought the other thread was a more of "what you got" and this one is more of a "what you didn't get". Never the less, I think most of the casinos just screwed the pooch with most US players.. gotta give a little to get a little I always say.

Actually not a single casino gave me anything without asking.

Had to ask and only got crap. So I think its time to look over my casino portfolio. With the amount I dumped this year I would have expected a bit more.

Most of the Rival Casinos were generous. I had the luck to meet the WR in Paradise 8 and cash out 200 from a lil freebie.

I got with live chat at Villento last night and asked them if they were too cheap to send anything out for Christmas and I got the "we can give bonuses at our discretion" and they would check with promotions.. some 25 minutes later they came back and said "Congratulations you've been awarded $10 for Christmas"

I thanked them and asked them to leave management a note saying they'll be remembered next year for the bonus of roughly .02% of my deposits.

Noted . I am grateful for receiving such generous bonuses. My point was to agree with OP that sometimes I feel that I am wasting time playing games.

But I did get a couple of general PP bonuses, basically a 50 with 40x.

decided on 3CSC and hit 2 3oak Aces plus a straight flush and the banker kindly hit several 3oak, so that was all rather splendid. made me feel slightly less ill... sucks getting a nasty illness christmas eve! and not being able to get rid of it

Got a few bonuses from the rivals I play at.

Nothing from rtg without asking , then it was small compared to what I play there.

I have decided to stick with rival myself. The rtgs have been too rough.

I get a lot more play for my money at rival. It used to be the other way around.

I got $50 from this is vegas, $50 from Irish luck, Something from Absolute sots but can not remember what it was.

There are two rivals that I have deposited at and got nothing at all, cocoa and pantasia, nothing. This is Vegas has been the most generous and I think I will stick with them. Got to love someone who appreciates their players.

im going to buy from the dealership that will give me the best service year round and uphold all the t/c of their contract and if i should breakdown, they will give me a loaner lol...............laurie
