Hello from LuckyDino,
So sorry that we haven’t been active lately. Although, no new questions neither.
Just to sum up some old questions.
UK license question seems to be clear to everybody. LuckyDino does not hold the UK gambling commission license and won’t be acquiring for it now. Our main focus is in the nordic markets at the moment, however, we welcome players from all over the world to play at our casino. Of course, obeying local laws and regulations. The screenshot that “Harry_BKK” posted on 18th November, shows which countries are restricted. We do offer Williams Interactive slot games which are licensed by UK gambling commission, but we cannot accept players from UK.
We offer USD, GBP, EUR, NOK and SEK currencies at the moment. I understand “lockinlove” that it would be convenient for Canadiens to have Canadian Dollars as a currency to play with, but unfortunately we do not have this currency yet to offer. I’m sure it will be available in the future. The Canadian market is also semi tricky at the moment due to the limited number of available game providers. Lucky enough, we will have a new game provider in the near future which can operate in Canada. This means that we will have loads of cool slot games to offer for Canadiens as well.
Registering an account causes troubles? The registration form is as simple as it can be. Phone number verification is quite important part for the account registration. Most importantly from a safety perspective. I understand that sometimes the code may take a bit of time to reach the customer phone, but it will find its way eventually. As long as you have a phone and sim card which can receive SMS’s. And if you do not receive it within 15min, please contact our customer support. They are more than happy to help you out with any questions, especially with account registration. You can also try to register an account again, but please note that the phone verification code won’t be sent again if you try to re-request the code within period of less than 15min.
“Harry_BKK” mentioned cash out limits. Yes, we have a rule that if the withdrawal amount is greater than equivalent of 20 000€ we reserve the right to pay it increments. I doubt that there are any online casinos which don’t have such a rule. However, in practice we pay fast no matter how big the withdrawal is :slightly_smiling_face:
If you guys have any other questions/concerns, please do not hesitate to ask.
