Ludicrous interaction with sky Vegas

I thought the days of such shocking customer service was gone ...until the following happened with sky Vegas

I went to deposit there on Tuesday was going to take a small match deposit but for some reason there promo page was frozen ...so I went onto chat to get them to do it

I spent 25 mins waiting to be picked up..this despite the waiting time clock saying 1 minute wait

I simply gave up and thought I'd dire them off an email asking if they actually had any CS staff at all

It took them 24 hours to reply with

Can we have ur full name date of birth and mothers maiden name ...24 hours just for that..

I replied within a minute

Today I get a reply ..

Can we have the name of my first pet

So far it's taken them 3 days to ask these questions and not answer the question in my email lol

Without doubt most shambolic CS I've ever encountered
 
Still some way off yet ..but everything is getting stronger...physio is hell and I've thrown a few tantrums with it ..but it's working...I should be able to stand with crutches in next few months

I guess it's a bit difficult but just to know what is in front of you must feel great.

That's just absurd satty. I hope you've made the wise decision to never bother with them again? Clearly the only thing that matters to some casinos is player acquisition, and after that; you're on your own :rolleyes:
 
Although I do not doubt anyone else's experiences at SkyVegas my experiences there have been trouble free. Not only have I had any assistance I needed but I find they do decent bonuses and their pay out speed in recent times matches that of any other accredited casino bar none.
For me they deserve a review of their status in CM

Agreed but IIRC, they basically stated that they couldn't be bothered with the "Active Rep" part hence their none accreditation.

Could be wrong but sure that's what I read a few months back about these guys. They do need to expand to pre-pay vouchers or e-wallets though as the only way I can take their offers is via debit card and I like to keep my bank statement "gambling transaction" free as possible lol.

That is a crying shame IMO. But it is an indication of the mindset of so many casino's that have reached a stability in the market that they are happy with and no longer/don't need the affirmation of Casinomeister. :(
I only use Visa and recently my money is in my account in less than 24 hours or a little more than that if the request is done over a weekend

For sure, they (the casinos) need to appreciate that CM does more than just get sign ups / maintain player bases etc.

I alone will VERY rarely play at none accredited casinos, more players with this mind set (something which will probs never happen, mainly due to none forum users) would make Casinos value their accreditation a lot more and realise it is worth it weight in gold and the efforts needed to maintain this status.

In my short time as a member here, I have seen time and time again new casinos come on board all guns blazing only once accredited the rep grabs their communicator "Beam me up Scotty"

But if you have only been here a short time then by that barometer Bryan is as old as Noah and I must be just out of liquid form :eek:

I agree Skybet are excellent in most ways, however I think they lost their accredited status for screwing over affiliates, and rightly so.
