My girlfriend has an account on this casino. Its Novatrix brand. She loaded up funds using crypto without a bonus, won about 3x her deposit. Played through the deposit per their required number of times.
Got verified. Requested a cashout via crypto but this casino is saying she needs to upload screenshots of the crypto deposit. She did that but they rejected the withdrawal because they want her to upload screenshots showing the fucking crypto deposit with personal details but this is impossible since the crypto was purchased on an anonymous platform known as Moonpay. There is quite literally no way to complete this task.
In my experience no other Dama or novatrix casino would ever ask something so ridiculous knowing that the whole purpose of crypto is its anonymity
She has sent support multiple emails no response. Talked to live chat who are useless as fuck in this matter.
Question: can I submit a PAB on her behalf?
