Why they are accredited ?

1. When you google them all you can find is complaints about delayed or canceled payments.
2. Live help is from outer space.
3. They spam emails and sms every day.

I have pending withdrawal there and they sent me email about linked accounts, they demanded reply to that in 14hours.
I instantly answered to their email but no response.. And when i ask live help they say emails have 24h waiting perioid and close chat...

I just dont get it how they made it in accredited section...

Stopped playing there in May 2015 for those reasons ^^^^^ .... and a few more.

I went up their VIP ladder pretty quickly after registering, hence i was flushing my withdrawals and got paid always with the next batch, be it on the same day or next day (working day).

Then the Email/SMS spamming started, followed by spending 30-60 mins waiting to get connected to their chat. 2 things were then the final nails in the coffin:

1. Withdrawal left pending for weekend and another 3 working days
- forgot to flush a withdrawal and they just left it pending endlessly. Had to email that VIP host (name was changing all the time) repeatedly and on Friday they finally paid

2.Trying to confiscate winnings - this was the first and last time a casino tried to confiscate my winnings citing the max bet rule when playing with a bonus. I watched like hawk that i don't go over until the wagering was finished. Once done i raised bets up to 9$ and managed a nice cashin of 2.5K$. Went to live chat to have it flushed and within 20 seconds the agent comes back: "Your winnings are confiscated for over betting" ...... he did not look at my account, he did not check my play history, all he saw was that i had 9$ bets in that session (probably is flagged up the soon they open my profile) and since Lucky247 always auto-added bonuses that meant that i might have broken the max bet rule, which clearly was not the case.

Gave him than a serious tongue lashing and 15 minutes later he had to concede that they had no grounds to confiscate.

After that it was "sayonara" ...never to return and deposit even 1 measly cent

If somebody would ask me whether to register and deposit I would recommend to stay away.

They were brought on a few years ago mainly because I had a good relationship with the casino rep, and he assured me that the casino would always abide by the Casinomeister philosophy, and by the standards we have set in place. In the beginning, everything was fine - but as time progressed, things began to get painful. We have gone back and forth about the vagueness of their terms - this was about a year ago.

as for submitted complaints: we have eleven PABs submitted - nearly half are fraudulent - a couple are "Player AWOL" (which we figure is a sign of dodginess). It seems that the casino attracts players who are trying to get over on the system.

It's possible via having poorly worded vague terms like the following:

8.2 Abuse of Bonus System

In the event that To Play Central (Ltd) believes You or a Group are abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus, or other promotion, or display advantage play betting patterns, or are likely to benefit through abuse or lack of good faith from a gambling policy adopted by To Play Central (Ltd), To Play Central (Ltd) may at its sole discretion, deny, withhold or withdraw from You any bonus or promotion, or rescind any policy either temporarily or permanently, or terminate Your access to the Services and/or block Your account/s. In such circumstances, To Play Central (Ltd) shall be under no obligation to refund to You any funds that may be in Your accounts other than Your original deposit amounts.

So, how is "abuse" defined?? According to the Casinomeister philosophy there is no such thing as "abuse" - it's called bad casino math. Don't make offers to players if you can't pinpoint how a player will violate the terms. How is it known if a player has a "lack of good faith" or not?

I have no idea how long that term has been there, but it should go. It's unacceptable. Lucky247 needs to meet our standards - like their accredited brethren.

For example, here is an example from a casino that is explicit on what is not ok - thus meeting our our standards:

12.4.1 User staking bets that have no or very minimal ability of return, with sole purpose of increasing their wagering volume with minimal loss/win expectancy, will be deemed advantage play and will result in immediate forfeit of the bonus, any bonus winnings and retaining of any real monies lost to the Casino in the process. A clear-cut example of such type of play would be a simultaneous wager on both black and red in roulette, or covering of the vast majority of the table. This condition is not limited to this example alone: any wager placed with obvious intent to achieve high bet volume with minimal win expectancy will be deemed abusive toward the offer.

12.4.2 A user staking 20% or over of the value of their real money deposit in a single bet prior to wagering the deposit five times over, with purpose of drastically increasing their bankroll will be flagged as a high-risk user and will be monitored. For example, a user depositing €100, then immediately proceeding to wager over €20 per hand will be deemed a high-risk user. High-risk users will not automatically be deemed advantage users, but will fall under a higher level of scrutiny and their gameplay will be monitored for changes in bet value.

12.4.3 A user who wagers high value hands(greater than €6) with the sole purpose of rapidly increasing bonus bankroll, then proceeds to drastically decrease their bet value(less than half) without having reasonably decreased their bankroll will be deemed to be employing unnatural and advantageous betting patterns. Such cases may enforce condition 12.5, but each case will be investigated and acted upon accordingly. We strongly discourage this type of play.

12.4.4 Combinations of above: ANY user which is found employing a strategy by which they are placing high value bets while playing on any game with specific bonus weight decreased to or less than 30% (any table games, card games, video poker, etc.) and then proceed to place bets in value of less than their current average bet while changing game type to higher weighted games (slots, casual games, scratch cards, etc.); such user will be immediately disqualified from a bonus and will face full enforcement of condition 12.5.

The above is specific and can be applied to any form of play. No questions there.

While you're here Lucky Lefty could you please enligthen us how we can successfully unsubscribe from your emails and SMS messages?

The link you provide is obviously a dead end as i "unsubscribed" a gazillion times only to realize next day it did not work, again.

Hi Harry_BKK,

That should not be the case, so this issue is a concern for me. When a player unsubscribes, they should be removed from receiving any promotional messages from Lucky247. We are not in the business of spamming our customers.

I will have this addressed as urgently as possible.

Erroneous historical statements -

"I did not have sexual relations with that woman"
Bill Clinton

”I cannot conceive of any vital disaster happening to this vessel. Modern shipbuilding has gone beyond that”
Edward J. Smith - Captain of the Titanic

"WE WILL BUILD A REICH THAT WILL LAST 1000 YEARS"
Adolf Hitler

"We are not in the business of spamming our customers"
Lucky 247

I am sure they had a stiff talking too a while back, When the rule with the max winnings was added while a bonus was took, I personally not played in a long time, a I receive at least 1 email a day, After the complaints I have seen I really have no reason to play there, I cannot add to any bad experience but visa versa,

To be fair though any reasonable and respectable organisation whether they be accredited here or not shouldn't be sending out such messages in the first place. I'm cool with the odd email about new slots being launched, any special bonuses etc, etc. But I do draw the line when you get streams of messages saying about that days bonus etc. It isn't necessary and it just makes a company look desperate from my point of view.

I binned Lucky247 some time ago and have never looked back. There are plenty of other casinos out there that are much better tbh.

Not realising that they aren't accredited any more I played and won a little but yet again the document requests are taking a week and I keep getting the silly unacceptable excuses when the docs have been submitted to other sites without problems, they are just avoiding paying out I'm sure !

Stalling tactics, Just hold on tight, DO NOT give them the pleasure and reverse it,

Not avoid but tempt you to reverse as it is going to be sitting there in pending for ages. They will pay at some point if you don't reverse.

When i was still active with them i forgot to have a withdrawal flushed and it was left pending endlessly. Only after 6 days and after I inquired did they remove it from pending and paid it next day. So make sure once you are verified that they actually start processing your withdrawal.

Their standard pending is 2 working days and they do not count weekends, hence a withdrawal on Friday will be removed from pending on Tuesday or Wednesday only, depending on the time you made it the previous Friday and then pay it the next day. This was my experience, might have changed since but i wouldn't hold my breath.

Exactly that spintee ... I did reverse a small amount last night but when I got another email this morning "The drivers license is not clear enough to verify the detials, kindly submit a clearer, readable copy.
The utility bill is outdated, kindly submit a copy dated no longer than 3 months back." I will not reverse and will not play there again.

Sorry for my repetition as i said this many times in my posts but in future please:

GET VERIFIED before your first deposit with a new casino!

Tin foil hat job or not, Sites like this prey on on reverses, Once you reverse a bit than they got you mate, Like Harry said it will just sit there untill you do something about it, Hoping you will spend all back,

There is no reason why any site should hold on to our cash, It makes my blood boil, If they want to hold on to it for what ever reason, I think we all know why, than they should lock the funds, But thats not going to happen due to than you will not be able to reverse it,

& why on earth weekend does not count as pending is beyond believe,
