I just tried to log into my account because they have a very nice bonus offer (HUGE) and it says I am not allowed to. PLease contact the casino. I tried to contact them and all lines are not working it says (phone number).

Have they disappeared? Why are they sending out promos if they are no longer answering the phones? Anyone know what is going on with them?

I just got off chat with them and the phones are working fine according to customer service, so they are not MIA after all:D..........laurie


Edit: im getting all circuits are busy, which is normal, i get those some times making instate calls............
 
Np. :) To be fair, they have always paid me, but my latest withdrawal took over a month. They have been claiming a "backlogg in the withdrawal department" for months now (probably just to tempt you to reverse the withdrawal). I have stopped playing there because of that, even though they have some good bonuses. So if you are not prepared to wait over a month for a withdrawal and send dozens of mails to geit paid, I advice you to play somewhere else. (No pun intended)
 
This casino has the best bonuses imo but that's just about it. Initially, got paid in 4 days, then it was a week and later it was 2 weeks. Then I got bonus-banned. If it takes a month now, it does seem there are cashflow problems. Even if they have always paid in the past shouldnt players be getting worried with such delays in withdrawals? Frankly, I wouldnt try them again if the withdrawals take longer and longer.

As for not being allowed to log in, I got this treatment from 2 RTGs today. There was one where I deposited $25 and busted and another where I also deposited $25 by ecocardbut there is still a balance of $30. It seems to be a widespread practice. Anyone with similar experiences?
 
Winpalace is also pretty slow. I deleted them and lucky slots for this reason! I don't see how they can be so slow while their competition pays very fast.
 
I just want to let everyone know that though I think the games play fair here and I like the casinos support, there is a a major flaw here: the cashout is left as reversible for the entire process of the withdrawl Shocked which is 3-5 or 5- 7 days Huh? Not sure which is true because I was told 3-5 by the payout dept and 5-7 by a rep!

Also I had some problems with them saying they had not received my docs even though chat said they were all there, but not approved. But once I sent an email I dealt with someone by the name of Jhyne who was very professional an got it handled asap. And the other problem was after docs was approved and I had already cashed out at Lucky Slots, when I went to cashout at Cuba, it declined stating that I did not have a faxback form on file Huh? Anyway, they were closed at that time but handled it right away the next morning!

So all in all, I have had a good experience but it has been 10 days at Lucky from the time I sent in docs to now and still no money as of yet! And 4 days at Lucky!

I just found this thread, so it seems most of you probably already know this, but I still wanted to post on it!
