I have been trying to access USD in the luckynugget website as indicated at the top of their page. Each time i try though it redirects back to luckynugget.co.uk homepage when it SHOULD redirect to www.luckynugget.com as indicated in the clickable link on the USD sign. This has been happening for months now, it seems the webpage will only display information and values for PDS. Can anyone else from the UK access www.luckynugget.com? i would like to sign up but im a USD player and unless i can access that part of their site its gonna be a no go.

* Just checked out the `euro` sign to see if it would display information is euros and that link doesnt even work!! This casino is not exactly inspiring confidence right at the moment lol

Yes, same here.

Looks like the sites are programmed to redirect according to IP address location.

If you are an existing USD player, this could be a problem as some promotions differ. If you want to sign up it is not a problem since the software download is the same, and you could still sign up in USD provided nothing in the terms says you can't (I have just checked, and can see nothing about this - best check with support though).

Since a redirect is an instruction to your browser, I expect it is possible to prevent sites from doing this by reconfiguring the settings. I have not had the need to do this, so this is not something I can advise on (yet).

For some reason VMW I had a hunch youd be the first to reply :) Nothing like being on the ball lol I know your right about the software, i just found it strange that it redirects is all yet it states specifically that the site can be viewed in UER, USD or GBP and yet it cant. :eek2: If it wasnt for the fact that this casino is on the recomended list id have avoided it like the plague. Even more strange that the Euro link is completely broken.

I tried the Euro link, and somehow ended up at RiverBelle:D

There is a monthly bonus for UK players only, but the terms say it will be given in whatever currency you play in, it must follow therefore, that UK players may play in any of the three currencies. Non UK players are probably not allowed to use the pound, but I did not see this mentioned in the brief T & C pop-up.
