:notworthy I know, that title would have me wondering why the heck this thread is here. Well, I'm gonna tell you a brief story of what happened this morning about 3am.

I'm a couple hundred deep on various slots, losing the will to risk anymore. So I just couldn't hit anything... anything decent that happened was already subsidised by bigger losses so it's the old chasing wins scenario which just feel typical on SkyVegas. "Will I ever see a big win?" is something I gave up thinking long before my 2.5k win for a 2quid spin playing raging rhino on galacasino which was followed by a week of fear of not being paid, to finally get paid and it all being because of a 'jackpots are sent thru x dept before being paid'

I ended up on Megapots, £1 spins, £90 down when I got the small slot machine feature which paid on the first spin giving 7 spins.. nothing drastic as they are only tiny wins unless you hit the pot. 2 spins left a few quid earned I said "go on then mom, have a word" as the last but one spin showed nothing... and the pot dropped in. My biggest win yet, over 6k and I am over the moon. Went onto support to verify they see the win and it's legit in their eyes.. questions about the payout timeframe etc.

They made me send 200 to my debit card but the rest went to my PP and appeared in there a few hours later.

Over the fcuking moon... surreal win, even more surreal that I spoke to mom and I can argue, she delivered. I know guys, someone will think I am lying but I'm only here to share this wonderful news.. I'm not gonna debate if I am lying.. I love my mom the sme as you all do to make up crap about her. Thanks mom.. in three seconds, you changed my life. The wife was dying to crucify me for waking her up... until she realised why.

I can certainly sympathize with the expression of mum rip as i lost my mum over christmas.

Yea we lost mom back in july with a month f incurable cancer warning. She got the best medical care but no social life in that so only got to see us at visiting hours so the one night I kidnapped her, took her to maccies for coffee and to see some friends. Worst time of my life to be honest but she was the one I love and trust the most and look, she still looks after me. Well, you know.

Sorry for your loss, I don't know how you are coping but I still miss hearing her voice.

I'm still having a flutter, playing bigger bets than usual but I set a limit on what I was willing to lose with that almighty rule in place about chasing losses vs the guaranteed payout that doesn't exist lol. I've already been spending gave the wife a grand to play with and looking into doing something better car wise although what I don't know yet. Taking our friends out for a meal Saturday and a day trip for the kids planned before that too aside from squaring up a few finances. God knows we are gonna enjoy it as much as it is. We've also given the kids some money and upgraded mobile phones.. it's been a busy day.

I'll never forget in shipleys some years ago, an indian man playing this 3 real cherry thing with a fourth reel that multiplied any wins, I was watching him play for a while and he hit the jackpot, baring in mind he was playing £5 a spin, it was only £500, but the next spin, it dropped in again... and he put the lot back in.

Mom used to play the slots sometimes, a few times we would go together and we always came out on top, nothing major but still.
