Thanks for the feedback Steve, the email needs updating as it was set up before we had Visa Direct. It will be sorted soon, glad you got paid quickly and congrats on the withdraw.

Yes, you need to update that email Mark :p .
I wasn't sure if visa direct was available (since not only does the "sent for processing" email say it can take a few days to appear in the bank, it also doesnt show amongst the list of withdrawal options as visa direct, but just shows visa or visa debit) .
But put in a small first withdrawal at 5pm yesterday that was processed at 7am today, with no verification required.

I withdrew on Wednesday evening, a smallish amount to see how long it would take to hit bank and received an email in short order saying cash was on the way and it had been processed.

Here we are early doors Saturday and still nothing in account?

Maybe I'm unlucky and it's just a one off...which wouldn't surprise me where I'm concerned :laugh:

Yep - always not sure if MC Direct in some places with the new card. But it is - Once it's approved it's max 30 mins usually your in a/c

Playing with them more and more, decent outfit IMO - take out at 5pm, in a/c later that day as well. Not lightning quick but they do have quite a few offers etc and i'd rather have some of that and wait a tad longer than some places who give nothing.

Only thing to watch is be aware of bonus - not that anything wrong with it per se but if you take a 20% offer your next spin will be 80% cash, 20% toward bonus: its just i wondered why bonus % progress was so slow. Upside is you win big then 80% obviously is cash and can be taken out and you may decide just to play it through to 100% anyhow

A quick update to all interested.

I called the bank earlier…seems they lost the transaction in the ether and couldn’t locate it, even with a transaction ID.

I messaged Mark and to cut a long story short I’ve been sorted out and the funds are now in my account. I can’t thank @Mark_Lottomart enough…top class from the start of the issue to its resolution.
 
Aye, pretty sound operator - must admit, one of the few who winced with the word Lotto in it but when you look at their games, they have Prags, Irondog and Hacksaw etc and the underrated PG games as well. Missing PNG etc but more/less not far off what you need from a joint.

I think once you add Relax - a provider i play the odd time and PNG then i can't think of many more, from a personal perspective, that are missing

I know some casinos have weird and wonderful providers but i pretty much stick, and i'm sure many others do, with a handful as part of our sessions

Not for me but folk would probably like to see No Limit City there as well? (you might be doing them a favour by not)

Great work and a lesson for other casinos saying they 'cannot' process withdrawals quickly. This is what your opposition is doing others so you have no real excuses.

Yes payout speed is a massive factor in deciding where I want to play.

After the initial hiccup that Mark sorted for me, all subsequent withdrawals have hit my account within the hour.

Yeah I can’t really fault the site. Once Book of Dead is added (one of my favourite slots) the site pretty much ticks every box.

I have withdrawn a numerous of times and not have to wait very long but for some reason I withdrawn over 14hrs ago and still nothing its really frustrating as most sites do instant withdrawals and ive never had an issue but this time it seems to be taking ages even though previous withdrawal have been pretty quick

This is extremely unusual. My (occasional!:)) withdrawals take a matter of minutes.

Sorry to hear you had a delay on your withdrawal over the weekend. Without looking at your specific withdrawal, I can't say exactly what caused the delay. I'm looking at the withdrawals from the weekend and on average it took 6 mins 54 seconds to process them, I can see some outliers that took longer however where we've either had to complete additional checks or payments have failed.

If you could be so kind as to PM (Private Message) your email address, I can investigate in more detail.

Thanks for the reply then Mark. Kind of thought must be changed to automated now as it's the same timescale every time whereas before it was different times tho never too long.
 
There was me thinking of making an account in Lottomart but I think I will just take a very long break again instead.

It was the other Lottomart thread that made me not now because as much as Mark was a great rep I just think his replies seemed a bit harsh and out of line coming from a rep who is representing a casino with his sarcasm etc. Yes I get you can do banter but when it comes to being professional and treating customers with respect it made me decide not to now.

You was great when you was at 32red but honestly I am seeing a trend now as well. The casinos that you worked for start well but then end badly because they go downhill.

And yes UKGC is mainly to blame as well but it is not all to do with the UKGC.

Just my 2 pennies worth.

All I will say is, being a rep on here isn't always rosey. I try to be active every day and I respond to messages pretty much 24/7, I just get frustrated sometimes when some members appear to forget there's a human behind the rep profile. If someone wants to be arsey in a public forum because I didn't respond on a weekend, I'll be arsey back. I'm more than happy to respond, investigate and resolve genuine issues any time day or night (including weekends) but posting someone's RTP so they can vent frustrations about payout wasn't a priority from what I could see.

We can all be grumpy but as gamblers we get more grumpy when we get really bad sessions. It hurts more now because of the fact casinos no longer dish out "bonuses" when players luck is down mainly due to UKGC rules etc regarding "Responsible gambling" That basically put an end to casinos treating players with bonuses or free spins etc and an end to "VIP statuses"

I was close in 32red at one point to getting that special club status I was VIP at videoslots as well before they scrapped the whole program just about the time when UKGC started clamping down on everything and imposing crazy new rules for UK punters.

I have always stated many times I play slots for entertainment but I have only ever had a few occasions when I went over that limit but 98% of the time I am controlled and always gambled what I could afford. I am not an addict I was always just a controlled gambler.

Again banter aside it is and always has been refreshing when reps show their true self and speak freely and openly that is never a question with you Mark or any other rep that has been here on this forum over the many years.

There was a lot of reasons at play here and this was not a direct negative statement from me rather a compliment but then maybe bordering on a slight negative statement when I said about the other casinos you used to work at that went downhill.

But can I just elaborate on why I said that. Those casinos you used to work for went downhill because they did not because you was there, Just wanted to clear that up. But also at the end of the day any casino that you work for in the future have the same chances again of going downhill as well.

I mean lets say an example say a brand new casino was created that had signs of being VS reborn for example. We all know VS went downhill now and is still headed down that road. But again I think the bigger picture is now in the fact all the new regulations etc and fines casinos are getting for breaking the regulations is causing casinos to do really bad things and it always hurts us players the most.

What casinos need to do is still find a way that does not break the regulations to keep the players happy when they are having bad sessions. No idea how that could be done but as it stands the only way I get stuff now in VS is in the cashback or the battle weekends. But even that is not great. So there is ways still that other casinos can still give nice bonuses they just now choose not to because they use the new regulations as an excuse to just make players feel less appreciated etc. (For their own gains in terms of rinsing every penny they can get from us all now)

Kinda went a bit side tracked then. This has been on my mind since I came back to gambling recently and why one of the reasons I stopped playing as well. UKGC rules being the main reason but second was lack of any rewards or bonuses at other casinos I play at VS is the only casino I get at least something now. MrQ "0", PokerStars "0", MrVegas "0" because I play very little there to earn enough cashback, PlayOjo have limited my account a few years ago without me even asking them to do. 100 per month. So I no longer play there for that reason. At least with VS it is capped net of 500 in deposits each month.

All of my Lottomart withdrawals were done within an hour, usually within 20 minutes, but all were less than 1k. I'm guessing it needs to be manually approved by one of their senior members of staff.

You have to put this into perspective.

I read threads where reps are sworn at, blamed for all and sundry and have put up with a lot of S**t and abuse from players, can you blame them when occasionally they have a bad day?

I might not post often now but I do pop in and out and read threads :)

At midnight I was asked to send a picture of my bank card and since then radio silence. Other than me chasing but no information given really. Feeling rather anxious that a large amount of people seem to be having the same issue. Any updates/push would be appreciated. I’ve never known a withdrawal to take 24 hours +

Good morning.

All of our payments are sent by faster payment, I’ve never heard of one being sat in pending before. Perhaps it’s the bank?
