i was wondering if the on line was the same, like do you also sign into the game and have a pass word and a user name when playing online ???

PS it really is a cool game with the sound effects and the various bonuses
i won 100.00 :D

And you did not tell the T you were going? :(
I had a bus group on Sat.
I like that game too & I was wondering the same.
Going down to Foxwoods on Sunday.
Congrats on the win.

The WMS version you played is different to the Microgaming online version, although because of the subject matter there are similarities obviously. The WMS LOTR game has (7?) unlockable bonus rounds where the MG version doesn't. The MG version doesnt come with a big comfy chair with Bose speakers in the headrest either :D

Basically WMS got the licence for land-based and MG for the online release and they developed seperate games. MG will have two more LOTR games in the future while I think the WMS version is effectively covering all 3 LOTR books in one hit.

The WMS version (like their Star Trek game) uses the password system so you can monitor and add to your medals ongoing while the MG version doesn't have any such feature. The medals you get awarded are like the "Achievements" in Thunderstruck 2 by the way - meaningless ;)

I can't wait to play the WMS version in Vegas myself

Hi Simmo!:

I just wanted to mention ... Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers is currently under development by WMS Gaming. There is currently no official release date on when it will hit casino floors.
