Question Looking for a bit of advice on posting complaints

Just joined to see if anyone can tell who is best to contact when you have an issue with an online casino ? I see in the forum rules that it says to refrain from posting errorneous or fraudulent complaints so I will refrain from posting and details about the incident just now but would just like to know who's best to contact . Thanks
 
You can look for a casino rep. Send him a private message first and wait for a reply. An accredited casino rep usually respond quickly and most of the time the problem is solved right away and no need to go public.
 
You have a few options:

1. CM Accredited Casino: hhhello's suggestion
2. If the answer from the casino rep is not satisfactory then consider a PAB. This is a free mediation service offered by CM. Click on the 'Player Arbitration FAQ' tab, read ALL rules and submit your complaint. Max, the PAB manager at CM, will then talk with the casino on your behalf to try and find a solution to your complaint
3. Every casino licensed by the UKGC has to publish an ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) in their Terms & Conditions. This is mostly IBAS or eCogra. You can submit your complaint to the designated ADR.

Personally, i would go 1 - 3 consecutively.

If the casino is not accredited you can still submit a PAB as every member has one shot with an unaccredited casino as long as they are not on the No-can-do-list.
 
Best bet is to let us know what site, Nothing in rules to states you canot do this, But you are right, Any complaints etc than the best bet is to contact the rep, But as you not made any complaint as yet, Let us know the casino than we can point you in the right direction,

Also you can say whats happened and we can also give advise on your best option

If there is a casino rep listed here: iGaming Representatives at Casinomeister, then please notify them of the complaint thread via PM so he or she can respond appropriately. If there is not an iGaming rep, then no worries, post the complaint and perhaps one will sign up to put out that fire.

The main function of this forum is to share information - if a casino is not abiding by its terms and conditions, or other aspects of fairness, then we need to know. The main function of the complaints forum is to solve problems. We can't solve problems to which we are unaware.

If you have a complaint to post, that would be a different topic than this one, and you would just post a new thread somewhere in the complaints section. Since there are other newbies that could use this advice too - this thread would remain here.

Bet UK . I was playing cash wizard . Every so often when I recieved the free games bonus and got a win on my first spin then it was showing my free spin winning as minus what ever the amount was then the winnings from the remaining spins would bring it back to zero then any winnings from last few spins would show as a positive value . At the end of the free spins it would say in the winnings box say £8 but The end of spins message would pop up and say congrats you've won £25 which it adds to your balance before you go back to normal gameplay so didn't think anything of . I had been playing for a good few hours so had maybe 5 out of 15 of free games where this happened (the rest were fine ) after another of these happened I just happened look at my balance while it was spinning my first shot in normal play after that bonus and it Took £14.57 off my balance . My stake was set at £1 per spin !! So il quickly screen shotted it. I contacted them straight away and they said they would look into it and get back to me. I withdrew my money after that . Next day i reversed that back as I wanted a wee play. I built up a nice wee balance on other games then decided to go back to cash wizard . There is 10 different occasions where the bonus games was sayin minus then every time the first play in normal game mode after that would take a larger amount off my balance than a pound . There's one that takes £4 , one £7 another one is £11 a few around £9 and another few. I have screenshot evidence of all of this. Screenshotted the screen on last spin in free games so it shows my balance previous then screenshotted the new balance with the free games money added then screenshotted the normal first play after that while the reels are spinning so I you can see how much they took off me each time . Also shows you the time displayed on the screen . So I have about 50 odd images of proof for this happening

I know the site and there sister sites, I stooped playing when they had a majour rule change, I sometimes have an odd deposit at slotaway but even thats been some time,

Its sounds like you had a games delay, You can go into your history and see what money has been took and won,

I can tell you that on a good few occasions my wins have not been added from this group, Eventually it did but took about 20 minutes,

ooks like it wasnt calculating fast enought and albeit it showed the origanal win after the free rounds have finished, It detucted the diffrence from what the actuall win box stated, But as it was a free spin round the server should of known the complete win and not part of it,

Lets say you had 100, bet 1 and win 20 but win box shows 10, You may see 10 get took of but the origanal 10 that did not show up may not of been added, So balance still 99, 109 back to 99, But in reality you should of been seeing the hole win 119, But I am sure this would be later added to balance,

It seems that they have still not bothered to correct theses things, As I said check the games history, It might not show the actuall winat that time if its messed up, and get mixed in with a later time line

As with contacting any one its best to message them, Live help is useless, I do not think any rep from any of there casino's have ever been on here,

Maybe the boss will know if any of them have signed up from that umbrealla

I play thru my mobile and the history only shows the last 12 spins on that page . There is 745 pages but there's no option to go the next one

Thats the trouble paying mobile, Best bet is to write them an email and see what they say, There is absolute nothing much we can do to help you out, Exept give some advice,

What you could of done is seen that last win, than look at all transaction after that time to see if it eventually got added without you realizing,
 
I searched for my game transactions from 13th Nov - 13th Nov about 10 mins ago and it was page 1 of 735 with 7345 entries , it just logged me out as it likes to randomly do often so just went back into it with exact same search details and and it's now 1 of 815 with 8146 entries. What the fuck?
