Well.... Here is my suitation (BTW, What's Rep friendly?)

I had joined this forum for long time. I still check it every few months.

So I joined Lock casino ( and 3 dices which is great) when they just come out. My fault here, didn't double check on Locak casino recently It looks like they had payout problems??? Really bad news for me

I deposit few time when I joined (May 2010), no luck back then, cannot really deposit more for a while because I live in US. So I didn't go there for long time.

Out of blue. I decide to give it a try few days ago with $458 deposit and it went through. I also got a $572 bonus and thought I will blowed it all again as before, you know.....

Well Well Well AGAIN. Not this time I have over $140000 now, yes, I am not joking abou it. So I did a google search and brough me back here and it show me they had banking problem???? and won't pay you???? You must be joking me, right?

It's not good. Any advise? PLEASE......

Believe me, I was in shock myself because I lost my first few deposit last year.. I remembered I joined Lock through here (or casinocity.com?) when they just came out, maybe my memory is worng. I usually only play casinos recommanded here. My falut as I said,out of blue, I decided to deposit and didn't double check here first....

I had few nice run in the begining on few new games and brough my balance to $12000 and it went down to $4000. Then I decided to give the golden Tiger a try and hit really big few times and up to $60000 and Hit really big on Goden Tiger for more than $30000 and up and dwon and hit the other games hit several $15000 and 1 $35000 and 1 $45000... I bet big ( $25 and up).

After I had several big hits, I gogle Lock about payout (2 days ago), that's when I found out the problem. I just kept playing and post here.

I didn't request payout yet because it's a lot in my account and I sincerely hope ehy miagt go through their problem..

I don't want to post my winning screen to avoid encouraging people to play there.

The below is my current balance.

First thing's first IMO.

Request the payout, and email support and cc the cashier.

Wait until Tuesday as its Easter, then contact the CEO and cc the others.

Apart from that, there's nothing much else you can do.

Do they allow transfers to the poker room? Maybe you could do that and get paid quicker?

i have been playing lock for a long time they are ok in my opinion- however i have had better luck with transfering money from casino to poker then cashing out as i get it within 24 hours to my quicktender account the only problem is they only let u transfer 500 at a time. if u wanna transfer to me i would be happy to help with a fee ))))
u can basically get 500 every day cashed out from poker to your quicktender and its fast

Please don't offer such services to line your own pockets. It's not cool, and could well result in the OP having his winnings denied.

You were offering to provide a service FOR A FEE I.e taking advantage of another members' misfortune.

It is NOT the same as 'helping' and is against the spirit of the forum, which is everybody's BUSINESS.

As I said, Lock could use it as an excuse not to pay.....but hey, it's not your money eh?

At this level, the CEO should be contacting YOU about sending payment. This is what any respectable casino would do when it has such a high-rolling player on their hands. They would want them back and high-rolling that 150K back to the casino.

RTG casinos usually have a maximum weekly/monthly payout cap, so if you are going to withdraw, submit one for the maximum amount allowed, and leave the rest UNPLAYED in your account. As soon as you receive one payment, submit the next.

You might want to consider getting your money out of online casinos altogether given the recent developments, and the possibility that QT could be shut down at some stage, and may even be next on the DoJ hitlist.

Beware any offers to help through peer to peer transfers. This kind of thing tends to get your account investigated, and could easily lead to it taking LONGER for you to get paid.

Even creating a poker account just to enable you to get an extra $500 out, rather than to play poker, could lead to your accounts being investigated.

It seems Lock have liquidity problems, and there is a real risk that they will not be able to pay the full amount, but payments are being made, and you should try to get as much of your 150K out as possible, and as fast as possible, but WITHOUT bending the rules, or making Lock suspicious of your motives.

More worrying is the lack of any communication with players through Live chat and email, as this suggests that Lock have simply "gone to ground" because the problems are now too big for them to face. Before this, they were at least telling players that despite the problems, they will get paid in the end. Even the forum rep seems to have vanished!

Thank you for your advises. I don't want to get into any troubles involved any illegal request even you mean well, thank you, so I just email the CS request info about how to withdrawal by either check or wire transfer with my Documents at same time. They only offer Usemybank or moneybrook now. I can even fly to their country if I have to for this amount of money I don't use Usemybank and moneybrook took forever to reply my email to request the login info..

I usually play at MG not at RTG. I hardly cash out at RTG (maybe once or twice back at 2005?). And with MG, I am a VIP player at both Royal Vegas and Villento casinos and they wire my cashout in 2 days without any problem. So I never use QT or Usemybank or moneybrook because all the US suitations.

MoneyBookers don't serve the USA - so it's extremely unlikely they will be effected by the crap which is going on over there right now.
