Just to let you know:

If you deposit there and think you get a bonus up to 50, they give you only 25. For the other 25, you have to met requirements FIRST.

But see, thhis is their terms:

How Can I Claim My Free Bonus?
- Download and install your free casino software
- Register a Littlewoods Casino Account
- Make your first chip purchase of at least 25
- We will then immediately match your purchase by crediting your account with an additional bonus up to a maximum of 50.
- That's up to 50 free cash for all new players!

I cant imagine a term that is more clear.

I mean, if they do not follow their own terms here, they can do what ever they want, so BE WARNED...

I mailed and all, but no answer for 5 days, just the same "we have forwarded it to some department..."

The extra 25 credited after wagering is the monthly reward, it has nothing to do with the welcome bonus. I am not sure whether you can get the reward in the month of joining.

Those terms do indicate the maximum bonus is 50, and make no mention of it being a split, but they may be guilty of "buttering up" their welcome offer by leaving pertinent details out of the condensed terms. They may well have reduced the welcome bonus to 25, but allowed the monthly reward to be earned in the month of joining, thus enabling them to advertise "a 50 welcome bonus", and imply that a minimum of 25 deposited might get you 50 (and in this model it would, provided you could wager enough with the initial bankroll to release the reward).
More Crypto casinos are going for these rewards, and the main advantage for the casino is that players can not open with a big bet consisting of deposit and bonus and then grind out the WR. Any big bet would have to come from the deposit. In this case, it would be possible to do the big bet with half the bonus and 25 deposit, leaving 100 to make WR for the other 25 if won.

Cryptos used to be incredibly generous, there was a time when you could deposit for the bonus, and then immediately withdraw the deposit and attempt to make WR with the bonus at no risk of ever losing. They took quite a while to see this was a bad idea, resorting to banning players from bonuses if they did it too often.

Littlewood just lies...

Well, NO.

I did deposit 50, not 25. So, they have to follow their terms and give the whole 50 immediately.

They just lie about their welcome bonus.

I think the 50 is just catch people.

They do not answer my mails, so BAD CASINO...

They just betray you, it's that simple

And if I compare this to other Crypto casinos, esp. Intercasino, it's a DAY AND NIGHT difference.
Not because of better bonusses, but because of the fact, that if there is something you concern about, they just check and always you get your case solved fast.

It's quite obvious that the other $25 should be credited to your account immediately. If their reply is that you have to meet WRs first before getting the other $25, I would withdraw my deposit immediately if I were you.

Yes, I would withdraw if I could.

BUT, even worse, after I deposited, instead of getting the bonus, I got 5 (!!) promos for poker and casino which were obviously wrong. So I called the support and she said "No problem, it all be done, sorry, we will credit it all fast, you can BEGIN TO PLAY....."

And because of the ALWAYS VERY GOOD experience I had with other Cryptos, I thought it would be ok...

I'm pissed (and the Rep here doesn't PM back....maybe its their system ???)

What is the monthly bonus at intercasino these days?
Glad you asked that, because I see they've changed it & I need to update my site... again!
Today:
100% to $110; WR Bx18 slots only.
Or 100% to $100; Bx25; no BJ, Pontoon, Fun21.
Or 50% on a $200 deposit; Bx50 with BJ, Pontoon & Fun21 allowed.
No Bacc, Craps or Roul count in any of the bonus variations.

I always take the middle one.
I don't like BlackJack much anyway, and x18 on Crypto slots is a tough ask - even for me! ;)

Back to LittleWoods;
I see this issue more as just incompetence rather than a deliberate attempt to trick players.
(A bit similar to the Virgin casino bonus cock-up thread I was reading earlier).
I have seen many stupid errors in T&C's and on websites in my many years online and just about all of them were due to casinos just being careless, or even worse, clueless! :eek2:

As an aside, because Will Hills changed their bonus this month I played at LittleWoods instead; Deposited 50, took that up to 115 at WR point, got 25 bonus & cashed out 140.
Have to admit - I had an awful lot of good luck!
(I'll probably get bonus-banned now :( )

got a mail from them now...

Hi,

now they offer me to wether leave everything as it is (??)
OR
credit my account with 25 immediately, but then lock the withdraw option until I played through the 625.

Well, thats nothing other then I always wanted.
Another time it seems, that if I post here and let a casino know that I did it, they jsut change mind and give me my right.

What would we do without this site. Big THX to CM.

(Although, they said I have to wait until tomorrow, because the manager is not in the office. But I think if they offer it, they will do it. I hope at least...)

Of cos, maybe it can be just a case of errors in the T+Cs (after a change or so), but, THEY STILL DID NOT CHANGED it... WHY ?

And I also see it is a good offer anyway. But that is not the point. In times, where casinos refuse to pay winnings because of players "maybe" stepped "one half step" outside of the T+Cs, WE CAN EXPECT the casinos FOLLOW their own term in the same "ABSOLUTE" way. So...

Definite screwup. They offer to give you exactly what was promised, and make it sound like a special favour "just for you", provided you just meet the original T & C as stated:confused:

Funnily enough, Littlewoods are trying to get me back by claiming they have IMPROVED the offers! I have been offered 25 for 25, and a monthly reward, which looks very much like another crack of what they MEANT the current welcome offer to be, not what is stated.

As for KK, The intercasino offer changes each month, it may be $110 this time, but was $150 last time, and $100 before that. Looks like they tweak it every month. As for 18x on slots, just play slots concurrently with the daily promotions, it does mean more deposits to qualify, but the net effect is to improve the chance of withdrawing ahead on the slots play. Mathematically, it can produce a +EV situation even with the rumoured near 90% payouts on Crypto slots. (That's ME bonus banned now, for doing the maths homework on this:D)

SOLVED: Got the 25 now...

They gave it to me now.

Why not do it immediately and avoid this thread ?? I don't know.

@ vinylweatherman:

Theoretically, you can turn every bonus into a +EV, even if the wagering req. are very high and the bonus very small. You just have to play more risky and more big...(for me, I better like the fun playing longer and maybe just have a little better chances to win instead of doing ALL what is possible to get best EV)

This is probably what scares the casinos. It is not the size, but the percentage of bonus to deposit that determines how easily it can be abusively played (to use the casino definition of the word, not mine).
In order for many +EV strategies to return a profit, you need access to many chances at the bonus. This might be what prompted the Cryptos to make the changes they have. Their bonuses are small, but are available each month. The reward system (bonus credited post wager) was an attempt to remove the leverage produced by "going for broke" with one big bet each month. Most at risk is the welcome bonus, and maybe they have changed this to a split 25 now and 25 after wagering, but someone didn't do their job and update the offer terms.
It actually makes little difference, one could bet 50 on one even money bet, and then grind the WR for the additional 25 while at the same time meeting the WR on the initial 25.
The William Hill model may be better at preventing "abusive" play with a pre-credited bonus, but the rate of reward for wagering has to be enough to convince players it is just as good a deal for recreational play.

Intercasino has a better model, both a monthly bonus of $110 (or $100 or $150), and regular events that reward further small deposits with wagering tasks throughout the month. All it takes is a lucky hit to produce a +EV even with the slots bonus, and lucky hits do happen, and when they don't the WR will cancel provided you make an interim deposit before claiming the next monthly (has to be on zero balance, or WR carries).

This might not last, they may reduce this too, and move to a reward only based scheme.
