Hi everyone!
Has anyone experienced any problems with the Lionslots software? I downloaded the site the other day with no problem. This morning I logged in, no problem. Deposited $200, no problem. Went to start up a game..corrupt file, try another. Tried another, corrupt file. Logged off and back in.. same thing. Rebooted, same thing. Removed program, rebooted, downloaded again..nothing. Rebooted, tried and now I just get a 'corrupt' file message before I even get to log in.:confused:
Now my birthday bankroll is in there and I can't even open the program. I emailed support to see if I can have the deposit reversed. Haven't heard back yet.
I don't know if they are a sister site to any of the other Rivals I play at so I don't know if they have a rep here.
Any other insite as to what I could do to rectify the problem??

I emailed support again and play the waiting game.
For whatever reason, when i'm on the homesite, the link for live chat is not there.. so I called. Not sure where i'm calling but it sounds very scratchy and the muzak nearly put me to sleep; very effective to assist one to give up on the long wait for an operator. AFter the third calling attempt I have to recharge my phone batteries.

So I uninstalled, cleaned up the harddrive, re-installed and I get as far as the 'self update..please wait' on the screen then 'poof' corrupt file - please try again and if the problem persists contact support. :eek2:

I'm hopeful, at the very least that my money will be transfered back to my
c2p account..i'd like to at least play a game before losing it..

i'm going to try the reps here but I don't know which one..
 
Hey arm not sure if this will help i had a huge problem after i had to reformat my hard drive downloading casinos. Firefox was the same prob with the files so i called live support at a dif casino they said yes there will be probs downloading with firefox try using ie and that solved my prob. Hope this might help
 
Hi Armygirl,

I'm not sure if anyone has responded to your support request yet, but corrupt files usually mean that the casino has downloaded files, but they were not verified as being valid on your system. Three possible problems come to mind immediately:

1) Check your programfiles\LionSlots directory and see if any of the files are very small (eg: less than 1Kb). If they are very small, it might be that you couldn't connect to the server properly. Try opening the small files using Notepad on your computer. If they contain information that looks like a bad connection, please forward that information to support

2) If you have any web accelerators or a router that caches files, then perhaps your computer isn't downloading the latest version of the needed files, but instead grabbing them from a local cache. Make sure you disable any web accelerators and clear your temporary internet files, then try again.

3) Finally make sure that you have administrator privileges on the machine that you're trying to use the casino. If you don't have privileges to save the files to the proper directory, the casino make just say that your files are corrupt when in fact it can't find them at all. Normally this isn't an issue if you can install the casino, but it's a possibility.

Hopefully this helps. Support will take longer to answer an email with technical problems because they have to consult with the tech. dept.

Okay.. I'm going to give this a whirl and see what happens. I've cleaned up files and stuff and will give this another try - will keep you posted.
I'm hopeful it's just a glitch somewhere..


Haven't heard back from support or the afore mentioned affiliate yet...



my other half just mentioned the problem lay between the chair and the keyboard:mad:
 
tried again..

OKay. cleared everything off the computer, downloaded again.. this is the message I get..


The downloaded file commonInclude.swf is corrupt. If the problem persists please contact support.
 
still no response from CS

Well, it's the next day and I haven't heard from support, manager or Rakesh...gave it one more try and downloaded the site.. and it works!! hurray!.. :eek:
