I agree. Having serious issues with accredited casino withdrawals, I have been shying away from those that lack customer support and hold withdrawals for days before even processing them. Liberty Slots has come through and is excellent in all areas that are imnportant to a player. Fast withdrawals. Withdrawal choices. Customer support. Money in hand within a few short days. Tell me which casino does that for the USA players nowadays?
I am still fighting over 2 withdrawals done back on the 4th of July and am told (DAYS LATER) that it hasn't yet been sent. WHY? I ask. Well, they pay in batches and mine seemed to have missed a few batches by accident? Oversight? No word about my withdrawals since..This is from an accredited casino. Customer support? No. Cash in hand? No. Fight for what is yours...YES, for weeks!
So, people, play where you like but if one gets screwed enough by accredited casino, you look for one that actually takes care of its player and, Liberty Slots has stepped up to the plate EVERY time for me unlike the one I am now disgusted with.
Fair enough.
As a long time member, I assume you:
1. Contacted the accredited casino rep regarding your issue/s
2. Waited a reasonable time, and then posted here to see if others are having the same issue (or done so at same time as #1)
3. Submitted a PAB if necessary (possibly not in this case I guess)
There's nothing wrong with having a gripe about an accredited casino, and IMO there's nothing wrong with naming them either. Reason being is that it may be a widespread issue, but if everyone keeps it to themselves, then it will not become obvious to others members and the moderators.
IMO, stuff like this
should be shared, if for no other reason than to keep accredited casinos on their toes.
It's great that you love LS. I just hope you never have an issue there, as it is possible that CM may not be able to assist....which I guess is the advantage of playing with an accred casino.
FWIW, July 4th was a Thursday, so the "weeks" (which is actually 11 days) you quoted includes 2 weekends, which makes it 7 business days. So, it guess it depends on what the accredited casino lists as their payout times. 7-10 business days seems to be the norm for US players for the most part IIRC, so your payout may not be "late" at all. How long does this casino normally take to pay? It is possible that it's an oversight....with humans involved it is always on the cards....however, unless you give the details, we don't know if it IS just you or if everyone is affected.
