Leo Vegas pending still after 50 hours normal?

Juat wondering what's the norm for withdrawal at leo Vegas I am.over 50hours now and still pending I did contact them and they said they where backed up but seems rediculas to wait so long or is this the norm here other online casinos I play I can add a withdrawal and it's in my bank by next day 2 days tops even after a few hours in some cases

I know they’ve been having some technical problems the last day or two. Their site was down for a bit yesterday. Maybe that’s the issue.
 
I got my withdrawal yesterday after a few minutes (Trustly).

Maybe it depends what withdrawal method you used?
 
I miss a lot these days, but must say LeoVegas is one of my favorite sites late;y.. haven't played there that long (but extensively) but so far the service and offers have been excellent. Definitely not normal to wait more than 50 hours, but then again i pretty much always immediately flush my WD there, and then it's instant.

But if they said they were backed up then that's probably the case and indeed also possibly dependant on the withdrawal method you used.
Don't know which thread colin is talking about, and haven't really dealt with the rep here myself, but normally the live chat is all i need, so...

Don't worry merlin, they are a solid operation and i'm sure if nothing weird is going on with your account it will be paid soon. :)

I see! I vaguely recall reading the start of that thread but never followed it up later..

Indeed one would expect the Rep to reply, but maybe they are not that active here? :p I have no clue just noticed that all the players in that thread that seem to be affected or are speaking of decline in service seem to be from the UK, and i would suspect it has something to do wwith UKGC regulations - they do seem to chase of a lot of decent Casinos.

Just guessing as it's all shards and fragments i am picking up - i don't exactly know what is being demanded from Casinos that have a UKGC license these days, but from those shards and fragments i can take an educated guess and state they aren't easy to work with and have been dishing out quite a few fines..this naturally could drip back negatively onto the UK playerbase, but again, i'm just guessing.

In my experience (quoting some peeps in that thread) the Bonuses are plentiful and worthwhile, and WD's instant, provided you flush them in chat.
The customer service has always been extremely friendly and amicable, and i have no unsolved issues there... .hence my surprise!

I nudged the rep just now, maybe they will pick it up from here.
 
They refused to flush mine, and it wasn't a high amount, only £400. Casumo on the other hand, have done double that recently for me in under an hour, and two last night for slightly higher and slightly lower, in under 10 minutes.
If its a regulation problem then live chat should say so and not say 'theres a backlog' ;)
If theres been a backlog for weeks then they should get more staff to cope :)
 
I never have a problem with the payout. One of the fastest payouts. After about 2 hours, the withdrawal is approved and it's in my bank account early in the morning. I have withdrawn at least 10 times.Different amounts - from 100 to 1300.Very quick payment to Master card.
