Larry Casino closed with my balance

I don't suppose I was the only player who had a balance in Larry Casino when they suddenly disappeared recently? No reply to my emails and I have also been phoning MT Secure Trade who never answer. And I emailed the UKGC, no reply.

Any ideas?
 
They didnt suddenly disappear. They sent out notices a month ago.

where do you come from?... german user's has become an email before 2-3 months with the notice that we are no longer eligible to play in this casino... they also tell us to withdrawal all money within a month or so

How could it be that you notice this today but, after they allready closed since few Month ago ?!?
 
I did indeed receive their mail although I recall it said something along the lines of closing it's doors to UK customers. I set about withdrawing my balance - it was returned to my account and I was asked for various documents for verification (again). This process was still ongoing (it felt like they were stalling but I can't be sure) when suddenly they vanished, along with my money.

How much do they owe you? Surely any casino that closes should automatically return all balances to players, regardless of how high/low they are.
