Must say, how come casinos check large wins with the provider, I don't recall any casino ever telling me they were checking my losses to make sure there wasn't a game malfunction then refunding me!

hi all

just wondering if someone can shed some light on this. Basically i have won 6 figures on Leovegas and not been a player their for long after taking a bit of a hiatus after a large videoslots win. i am fully verified but i cannot get hold of them via telephone and a live chat operator just said someone will contact me via email to discuss a withdrawal.

i am pretty worried as i have never been lucky enough to have this problem! and i cannot speak to a human to discuss what the next steps are to withdraw as they state there is an £8k per day limit but i want to discuss arranging a bank transfer for the full amount (after doing some research it looks like this can be done?!)

it wasn't a jackpot nope, just a 'normal' feature win on a slot i had been playing for about half an hour. Crazy because i had won a few hundred pounds and upped the stake to max bet just to see what it played like and that happened on the 10th press!

They will pay you but they might take their time a bit about it, is the withdrawal still showing as reversible?

Just sit tight and jump through their hoops, they kept me waiting around for a lot less (about £2500), but they paid in a reasonable timeframe.

still showing as this, i withdrew the 10k via the bank option which is still pending.
i hope what happened to you doesn't happen to me! that thread doesnt make for very comfortable reading.....
