Slotsmillion sister site confirmed closing on the 6th May. Another one closing UK operations - we are going to be left with the big bookmakers only by the end of the year at this rate.

Yeah, closing completely - Just read the e-mail.
couple of things....
* No redirect to Slots Million (as we see with other closures) which would have been the 'good business' thing to do, no info but are they to follow suit??
*Did not see this coming, most closures have been 'small fry' or the lesser active 'sister' sites of the big guns, thought, although new, these had a pretty sound player base?
Unsure but it wouldn't surprise me. Both of them I've heard nothing from recently - either offers, new games - general promotion or 'hey, we exist'. Coupled with their recent trend towards delayed payment, makes you wonder.
This. Slotsmillion had a chance to be a good casino but seem to have fell from the face of the earth recently.
I can never get my head round why a casino, after spending money to get new customers, seem to think thats it, you don't have to do any more. It doesn't have to be bonuses (although I know that can help more) just an email every week or so telling you about new games or something, just so the customer doesn't forget them. Like you I can't remember the last email I got from either LadyLucks or Slotsmillion.
Did you check the e-mail box in the casino privacy/comm settings? If you did, you'll get bugger-all.![]()

I think it’s exacerbated by the fact that, at the start, they sent you one a day usually. And then, can’t remember when, it just died off completely.
Either their promo/PR team are a bit inept or they don’t care for customer retention. Whatever, odd way to run a casino - for example, wasn’t planning specifically on depositing on Sky Vegas, but got an email and they’ll see a cheeky 20 i was gonna use tonight.
