I f*****d up yesterday - we had a party for my mother-in-laws birthday & my play went about 10 mins past midnight because I fell asleep during the play after too many lemonades...
(So I didn't get a scratchcard today).

On the first two days of the month they didn't send cards until I chased them about it.
Then I had the same problem for play on the 5th & 6th.

They seem to be having trouble with the system this month - so I would chase them if I were you.

They also seem to have run out of cards over 10... but that's another problem!

Hi Fleur They have a promotion going. You have to deposit at least 50 chips and wager it twice on Big Kahuna - Snakes and Ladders, Bill and Ted or Thunderstruck to receive a scratch card worth up to 100 chips the next day.
But it seems they're having some troubles sending them out, as well as answering e-mails

This month has been disastrous at Lads for me; Lost 177 in the first 5 days playing Big Kahuna - Snakes & Ladders, and 134 on Thunderstruck since then. For that I've had just 65 in scratchcards.

I was replying to Zoozie's post about the special weekly 'Olympic' Champions Match Bonus;
Deposit 25, play x10 on Slots, and get a 25 bonus.

This week it's 50, and next week it's 100!
Hopefully this might help me recover from my terrible position at the moment.
That TS session also helped; Wagered 109, and also made +109 - all at 1p - 3p/spin.
During that session, I hit free-spins at these intervals: 55, 7, 44, 10, 14, 48, 130, 144.
With the chance of Rams being 1 in 124, that probably means they wont hit again this month!

This is no surprise to me, 5 pairs of Rams can be frequent at such low bets, but very rare indeed at higher bets. I was hitting these once or twice a week at 1p to 3p per line, and even hit once at 6p per line, but never at anything higher.

I gave up with these because of constant bad CS, and it seems 6 months more has changed nothing, they just can't learn from previous mistakes, but must repeat them again and again and again and again...........................

Well I am one of those who have played mad hatters (really liked that slot too!) this week..just the once mind, but it means that I won't qualify for the whole week..how pants is that =(

Gave customer services a call and they suggested that it (having played mad hatters one day this week) would be OK and if there was any problems then should just call during the day and the rest of the bonus would be added on.
