I just went to the 'Banking' screen and was shocked to see a 'Live Chat' button!
Well it's about blinkin time!

However, I clicked on it & tried to start a chat session and have now been looking at a message saying 'A representative will be with you shortly' for over 5 minutes...

I'll give it 5 more hours...

That is the worst when that happens!!

I don't know why casinos bother to put a live chat link when there is nobody there ready to take it 24/7!

I am a true believer that support should be available by phone, email AND chat 24/7 --- With no gaps here and there! It's not difficult, really.

I realized they had gotten live chat support a few months back. And at the time I actually needed some support. I thought great I won't have to wait hours for them to respond to my e-mail. Well anyways, when I finally got through to a rep, I was told they only offer chat support on banking
May have changed now though

I think you are all mistaken. Live chat means just that -when you are chatting with 'em, it's live. Nobody said anything about them being available 24/7 did they?

I've tried to use it 3 times and no one has ever acknowledged me.
