This month's scratchies are on Santa Paws - one of my favorites!

Last month (October) I managed to tame Lara Croft!
Played 30 days, wagered 3,199 but finished the month 15 up!
On top of that I got 145 worth of scratchcards.

I think this month is going to be harder - just have to grin & bear it... :p

Slots Cash Splash should be announced on Monday if they're doing it this month...
Hope so!

Wagering has gone down to 50 for the scratchcard promo.

Not that it helps when you get this beauty and they forget to send you the complementary scratchcard that they promised yesterday.

The scratchcards are fixed, without a doubt. They are not random. Their outside source will decide how much they will award you. Also if you never received a card when you should and they send you a replacement it is guaranteed to be a ZERO to entice you to play again.

I would not touch Ladbrokes with a bargepole.

I'm tempted to think that there is a fixed range rather than them being fixed per se - at the moment it seems to be mostly 0s and 5s..couple of months ago it seemed to be 5s and 10s..and KKs sudden burst of lots of 50s and 100s a few months back made me incredibly suspicious that he'd simply been put on the 'wrong' range (well not wrong if you were KK at the time!). Last time (last month) when I had to call them to get one credited, it was a 5 IIRC.

Usually I'll play this promotion sporadically but I'll try it every day this month and then present the results on this thread..so far (starting from the 2nd):

0, 0, 10

..and to be fair to Ladbrokes, I would touch them with plenty of bargepoles :)eek2:) - their promotions are usually good (the cashsplash allow you to have a good slots session with little loss) and the CS, if you contact them directly, are fair and polite.

Four out of six were 0 cards, one 5 and one 10. Had to contact them twice. The slot has been awful as well (one out of seven days I was 'up')...in fact all their slots have been terrible this week and I'm tempted to throw in the towel with them (and MG generally).

I gave up in the Spring, but it seems that half a year later they are STILL making a mess of the scratchcard issuing.

CS may be polite (if they reply), but they can do little about the scratchcard problems because they have to contact their outsourced provider. On one occasion, Ladbrokes CS told me that their provider had not replied in THREE DAYS, which is why my problem had sat unresolved for days on end. This leads to a pile-up of scratchcards, and this sometimes leads to problems crediting all the wins when you play more than one in a day.

After over a year of this, can't they see this is never going to run smoothly while they have such a complex chain involved in this promo. They should bring it all in house, and have a simple way of issuing, and crediting, the scratchcards.

Perhaps they could buy the Casino Action "wheel of cash" software from the liquidators, it worked more or less in the same way, but it credited instantly, and when it failed, CS could simply reset it, or even push the award through manually.
