One should know: if you have moneybookers or neteller in euro and play at ladbrokes with pounds the exchange rates are just awful! For examlple when you buy 100 pounds from Ladbrokes they will take 134 euro from you. And when they pay you those 100 pounds back then you will only receive 120 euro!!! that is about 12% exchange rate! Is that considered a normal practice for a reputable organization like Labrokes???

That's pretty sad, considering that 100GBP = 127.998 Euro as of right now...

I'd love to hear their answer to this.

Hi, I may be wrong on this one, but my experience was a bit different. The awful exchange rates, in my case, had noting to do with Ladborkes, blame MB instead! I was in the similar situation to yours (LBR account in USD, MB account in EUR), and when I received smaller-than-expected amount in my MB, I checked with both parties.

I was told by LBR stuff, that casino sends out exact amount requested, in currency of casino account, no surcharges. At the same time, MB applies 1.75% surcharge (twice!) AND use their own exchange rates...

It isn't Ladbrokes, it's Neteller. They charge a 2.5% currency exchange fee. The fee may actually be more (or less) depending on actual short term currency fluctuations, because they set the rate for a certain period at a time.

you think thats bad

You oughta checkout webdollars exchange rate and you will think netellers is very acceptable... for those not familiar with webdollar they process transactions for bossmedia..
