Ladbrokes/Coral Monthly Loss Limits

I’ve had my limits changed both increased and decreased without my requests at pretty much all of them.

Funnily enough sky and 365 put them down!!

Well the problem is I have no way of proving I set it to 500, sure I got an email originally but that’s long gone, as it was years ago and they say that’s their final decision on the matter.
I wonder how many customers they have that would just empty their bank accounts on that limit, I stopped but others might not.

I’m very surprised that the UKGC is ok with them defaulting accounts to £5,000 a month limit, without or little checks that seems a ridiculous amount that I doubt even 1% of the population could sustain, me included, no wonder these sites get fined.

They clearly just wing it, ban those that complain, and the UKGC are none the wiser to how they are operating.

I would do a PAB, but I take responsibility for knowing I went over the limit, so it’s my fault as well.

I don’t think sky have any relationship with this place do they??

5 grand use to be the default limit on flutter.

Sky credit checked me and put it down to £100 a month!! Been at that for ages. If I want to increase then they’ll ask for personal shit so they can fuck off. As a result I normally just use them for their betting boosts and pinch a few quid a month unless I have a slot that I think is due.

I smashed bonanza on there for a couple of months running when they were running those promos where you could get up to £70 and get entered into some pretty good prize draws. So I was a couple of grand up which meant I could obv deposit more. I then got involved in a war with DHV which raped me of a fortune on 40p so now each time my £100 limit resets I just chuck it at that which obv lasts no time even on 40p!!

Paddy had me at 5k for a few years but then they put it down to a bag a while back when I spent 3 days solid braining out on bonanza. I then had to go through a phone call with the RG Department and we settled on a grand a month loss limit. Which I’ve reached a few times lately because of bonanza!!

Entain and hills have lowered and raised my limit without my request whether it be up or down.

It’s all bollox really, we all know they want us braining out as much as possible but have to pretend to be seen giving a fuck.

I’ve had rows with hills and 365 when I get some playtime on bonanza WITHIN the limits THEY have sent me where all of a sudden I get banned from promos due to increased playing time.

It’s a fucking joke. Now slots temple have slapped £500 a month loss limit on me also.

Do these places not realise even on 60-80p that £500 can vanish in a matter of hrs??!

Just recently I’ve genuinely been thinking of just not bothering anymore.

So many sites I can’t get money into now because of a bad session. It’s frustrating but I’m never giving any of them my personal information.

If I get irritated much longer then they can all fuck off.

Not directly with Casinomeister, no not that I am aware. The wider Gentoo Group, possibly...

By the way late to the party in visiting this thread, but really eye opening and congrats for sticking to your guns on this. It does not read well for Entain that's for sure.

Tbf I got the outcome I was expecting but was amazed they refunded everything over £500 rather than their own rules which claimed the extra allowance was all legit.

At the end of the day, any UKGC compliant site would have no choice but to refund as a result of that fuck up. No way I would of let that lie if they didn’t.

I’d be interested to know just how many it affected as surely it was a bug in their global accounting software and not just relevant to ‘some’ accounts as they first claimed.

Ive had a similar issue with this last week. I was set a 30 day (monthly) loss limit by them of £125 and lost £500 after it was set. I didnt notice Id had an email and also a message in my inbox on their app immediately after depositing £500 to say my loss limit was £125 so played through my whole deposit. Ive contacted them for the past 8 days via live chat and email and had the usual responses of deposit limits/bets placed prior that have only just settled (there were no bets placed in the 30 days prior) count but not one message acknowledging that I had gone over my loss limit.

I also notice when I check transactions for May it shows Ive staked £1:41 and lost £1:15 which is clearly wrong as I placed over 600 bets on the slots that evening. Something is clearly not working their end but I just keep getting passed from pillar to post.
