Bottom line, every player who loaded book of dead got 20 free spins for a promotion we ran on Norskeautomater. But instead of only the selected players being able to play the spins, ALL players were able to. Now the problem is that in order to receive a bonus your always need a support transaction for that, or as we call them internally: voucher. If you don't have an active/available voucher that matches the promo details, the free spins win, or any other type of bonus, can't be credited to your bonus wallet. And therefore the game gets stuck as well.

I've requested to release all stuck game rounds, so if you still cant play book of dead, that should be sorted soon.

Not overly impressed with the reward for depositing 3 days in a row, I was thinking 100 spins x 10p, for some reason got 200 but @ 2p, I think the stake size of free spins in a promo should be stated up front otherwise how do you know if its worth going for?

If the week still runs Monday to Sunday, Jan just posts them when he has time, no one complains when they aren't posted on a Monday anyway. Surely moving it till Wednesday will just mean if Jans busy on a Weds and Thurs, and wasn't on say a Tuesday, then they won't get posted till the Friday, whereas he would do them Tuesday at the moment?
