They can out anything they want on their t&c and you agree that by playing there. So yes its legal. Rogue behavior but legal.

They can put enything in terms but those can broke law too.. so i looking others whit same situation.
If in terms Is "If you win, casino Is not pay enything" IT Is illegal.

And please no BS. I just looking somebody who Is done Complain about this term and how its gone. There Is plenty of threads like this and none Is gone Till ens.

Yes but it's MGA-licensed casino.

I could imagine that the license at least in some way determines what can and cannot be included in the terms.
Real money balance in gaming account should be player property.
MGA's player protection directive determines in which situations the casinos have the right to touch the funds in the game account and here is one point:

"To confiscate winnings or charge penalties only in the situations identified within the terms and conditions, and which are in line with the provisions of this directive and any other regulatory instrument; Provided that, any such confiscation of winnings or penalties shall be proportionate and reasonable, keeping in mind the provisions within general law of unjust enrichment and unfair commercial terms, and any such provisions within the terms and conditions that are deemed by the Authority not to be compliant with the provisions of this article may be deemed ipso jure, by operation of the Consumer Affairs Act and this directive, null and void."

So the question is whether this rigged term in question is in line with MGA provisions?
I really don't know but I would like to hear if someone has more detailed information

Well, it's not confiscation - by playing and accepting the T&Cs that winnings are capped, there's no recourse and no fraud. Of course, if they're capping pooled jackpots (e.g. Mega Moolah etc), that would be a different matter.
