The other day I bought 10 Viking Runecraft spins from the VnJ shop and there was a PlaynGo error at the time so I could not open the slot.

I went and did something else to kill a bit of time and then go back later to tell them. Completely forgot and then remembered yesterday so I contacted live chat and tried everything they suggested to get free spins to appear.

Hi Dave1888, Did you also try opening the game then clicking the small x in the bottom right of the screen? that works at videoslots when you claim a reward and the spins dont show. All that does when you click the x in the bottom right is end the session for the slot. Which in turn triggers the 10 spins when you then reopen the game.

Indeed I did, Thanks though DreamRJ. This one particular slot I have had issues with opening the free spins at several casinos. Not just VnJ. Viking Runecraft doesn't like me to have free rounds haha!
