Considering all the problems and complaints in the online casino world, we all could need a little sunshine story from time to time. Well, here s one: Even though I m not a highroller (depositing 200 dollars a week or so), I was invited to the JP Factory VIP Lounge Casino six months ago. Flushing withdrawals by request, answering emails within half an hour and small bonuses from time to time, I started to REALLY like this casio.

Since I have learned that casinos often dont give you anything unless you ask for it, I mentioned in an email that I was going to Vegas this summer. Could they have anything in their goodybag for me? Guess what - they gave me two tickets for "O" Mystere at Caesars Palace! No questions asked, only: Have a nice trip, here s the referencenumber for the tickets, pick em up at the casino! (Those tickets are quite expensive, about 150 dollars each). Unbelivable -for a low roller like me. Thats what I call good customer treatment!

Try and catch "Trent Carlini" at the Las Vegas Hilton, incredible Elvis tribute... None of the cheesy usual stuff - unbelievably good. Blue Man Group at Luxor never fails too. Have a fab time.

I am already back - the show was fantastic - and I am now paying back the tickets in the ol'fashion "where s the feature at t'struck?"-way.

All this warm fuzzy makes me wonder why they made such a big deal of giving me back the $50 they inadvertently took from me. I'm happy for you, but I guarantee I spent as much or more a week with them and all I got from Brickman was a hassle. Seems the good vibes squad at JF is selective as to who they reward. I didn't even want a reward, just my own money back! Good luck with this group, you will need it.

Which show did you see? O or Mystere? Unless both shows moved since my last trip to Vegas neither of them are at Caesars Palace.

Sorry, it was "O" Cirque de soleil at the Bellagio theater - not at Caesars. It is easy to mix up all those giant buildings... Celine Dion is of course the attraction at Caesars (soon Bette Middler).

hmm.... I wouldn't necessarily say that $200 a week is low rolling as such!.

I agreee...but sometimes its not even 50 dollars a week - maybe the term is "low roller plus"?
