Thought I would post a good experience from Buzzluck. Haven't deposited there in a while so decided to on Saturday because I really do like some of their slots.

Did not manage to get through WR but woke up on Sunday to a free VIP chip.

Was able to make a withdrawal from that chip on Sunday night.

Got up this morning and the money was back in my account so I contacted live support. She stated that I had not sent in my verification docs. I explained that I have had multiple w/d's from other CW casinos.

She put me on hold for maybe a minute and came back and said if I re-requested the w/d that they would approve before the end of the day today.

I would call that good service and thinking fast on your feet for live support who do not normally have much say with the cashier dept.

Thanks Buzzluck:)

Congrats on your withdraw..I recently started playing at Buzzluck, managed to hit a nice one and requested a withdrawl. Unfortunately it has been 6 days now, and just moments ago it finally came out of my account..It was getting a little frustrating to wait so long, however, I must say i spoke to customer service serveral times and they were very nice. So hopefull I will get my check in a few days and continue to play there...By the way, what is your favorite game there?

The Club World group of casinos has notoriously bad communication when it comes to their cashiers. Naturally they will keep your withdrawl in requested status for an extended period of time as they attempted to get a reversal out of you. Now that your money is in processing status, you can expect another 7-9 days before the check is issued and in possession of the delivery service. Then it's another 3-4 days on average, depending if a weekend is involved. So 19 days total worst case scenario.

Don't bother emailing the cashier for a tracking number, they won't respond to you. I've lost count how many times support has told me they have forwarded my inquiry to the cashier and to expect a response the next day that never comes. Awful. It doesn't matter how much you deposit there.. I deposited over 12k last month alone and had withdrawls in reversible status for days and no communication from the cashier.

However, live chat support is responsive and should be able to provide the tracking number to you in about a week from now.

Are you saying that it sat in pending for 6 days? If so, you should send Tom, the rep here, a pm because I think he would want to know. That is not acceptable.

Make sure and get a tracking number from the cashier for your check. Glad to hear your winnings are on the way!

I go back every now and then because I love Magic Show, Carnival Cash, Monster Millions, and Duck of ages. Their features are awesome and when hit in rapid succession can really pay out:thumbsup:

Wanted to add

I just read milemaster's comment. I can honestly say that this has not been my experience. Live chat has always stated that they are not privy to cashier specific info. I have had pretty good luck emailing directly to [email protected] or sending Tom a pm to check in to it if you don't get a response.

FWIW I got a check recently and from time to requesting until it was in my hands was exactly 7 days and that included the weekend.

I've had a dozen or so checks from CWC casinos and not one of them has arrived sooner than 10 days after approval. Even electonic payments like PayMyCard and ACH(When it's available) are about that timeframe on average. If you withdraw on a Thursday or Friday, you can expect at least 4-5 days wait time until the cashier will process your withdrawl. Then it's 7-9 days(calendar) additional for the payment to arrive. This is my experience every single time without fail. This isn't skewed by payment processing issues either, this is just how long it takes with this group.

As far as the Cashier responding to inquiries, I have about a 20% response rate.. and then it's only after escalating to support that I haven't heard anything.

Agree that the time frame to sit in pending is greatly affected by what day you request. If I don't cash out by like midnight on a Wednesday-chances are it will sit there over the weekend, so I just adjust my playing.

My experience with paymycard has been from time to request w/d to in my account=4 days. (Again as long as I request on Sun-Wed)

As far as live chat goes it appears to depend on "who" you talk to. The ones I have dealt with, while being friendly, etc, claim not to have specific info and usually just quote the published or standard time frames. Glad you have had luck in getting information specific to your inquiries from them.:) I have had good luck in dealing with Stephen in the cashier's dept. My last check he emailed me the tracking number before I even asked for one.

It's unfortunate that communication experiences are not equal for all players, definitely an area where they should strive for better consistency and improvement. I saw on another thread that the email provider seemed to come in to play, ie: yahoo, gmail, hotmail I wonder if that is a possibility also.

Buzzluck Play

I have played a couple of times there. Last night I deposited $40 and played for a couple of hours. Tonight I deposited $50 and it was gone in literally minutes, lowrolling and honestly it took quite awhile for the games to load. I do like the games, they are different so I am going to deposit a little more tonight...hopefully I can play for awhile. Hopefully this will be a casino I can play at regularly since I play every night. I want to hit and see what about the withdrawal time...that will be a major factor for me. Good luck to you all!:D

Agree about getting the tracking number, I usually get the email with the tracking number after I have already received the Fed-EX so I don't even bother to ask for it at CW.

What You Can Do Instead: If you call fedex a day or two after it shows in the cashier that your withdrawal is approved, they will look it up via your name and address. I do this all of the time with CW withdrawals. Fedex will give you the expected delivery date but won't give you the tracking number. But the delivery date is all I am concerned with. p.s., I usually receive it one day earlier than the date fedex gives me as the expected date, when you call ask where the envelope is in the transit process, if it shown as in transit to my fedex hub(houston) then I usually get it the next day.

Regarding bad communication with the cashier,I email the cashier Stephen directly and always get a quick response to my questions or when I need him to help me get my payment expedited if the processor is moving slower than usual.

Buzzluck

I haven't tried Buzzluck yet, I usually play at GO, Golden and CWC. I'm always on the look out for a new place to play, I may give this a try. I wish they had their Flash version ready though, I can't always play on the downloadable versions at home.

hi ive tried them on weds little deposit made wagering & cashed out , i see it states next working day for payout & here we go again with this group although ive had accounts at all there casinos & still have a vaild account , got the standard id mail , sent a e mail back to them telling them ive a valid account & they can check it out for verified account to which they did no problem got a e mail saying yes your account is fine , spoke with live chat last night , they knew nothing , so still havnt been paid .

live chat said they would e mail the cashier to my surprise no funds again today , so ive sent tom a e mail but have noticed hes not been on since 17th of this month so someones on holiday , my point is they realy should be better set up for this kind of thing & not give us customers the run around stalling tatic to which i feel is been happening.
