with the new platform and how they went away from RTG i was very leary of depositing but hey lets try it , within 5 hours i withdrew 1400 and within 24-36hours they were approved and already sent via check - i am amazed they still got it thanks to jackpot capital group also .

great customer service -also they didnt need my papers because it was already at jackpot so they transfered it.

again KUDOS LUCKY CLUB
 
Let me remind you this is a sheep in wolves clothing. Its an RTG spin off. I'd beware of why they created this. Cool, you got paid, but, don't ever stop asking questions.

The OP posted something positive about a casino (under baptism of fire) and you start warning people off? Aren't you the same person who had some large RTG cashouts lately and once hit 3 RJs in one week?

Nothing personal, but I can honestly say that I have never ever seen someone complain and call "rigged/cheat etc" whilst at the same time bragging about how much they win on that very same software. If you really believed what you thought, you wouldn't spend a penny there......the fact that you still do attaches little credence to your opinions on the matter (IMO)
 
Nifty, this group doesn't pay their bills on time. In my book they have a bad credit rating. Yes I have won money from them, but they do not pay when they say they will. Now, as requested before, kindly either apply for a moderator job here or stop trying to be the hall monitor. Your act is getting really tiring.

I notice, as before, that instead of answering legitimate questions about things that you raised yourself, you accuse me of "moderating". Apparently the moderators did not agree last time because, as is the case here, I am merely asking you to clarify your position.

I did not tell you to do or not do something, or to leave the conversation, or to edit your posts, etc etc. However, you are telling me to "apply for a moderator job" and "stop trying to be a hall monitor".....which is within the purview of the forum moderators, and certainly not yours.

If you are going to make accusations in a public forum you should be prepared to have them questioned and back them up with clear logic and/or evidence. The fact that you instead chose to attack me to deflect attention from those accusations shows that you obviously have neither.

I have to side with Nifty on this one. Nifty asked for clarification and you posted pure speculation. These are accredited facilities on CM and US players take the gamble of understanding the payout process is more complicated than in the past. Disclaimer is posted! They may not pay in a timely fashion as in the past, but they do pay!

I know and have personally experienced the frustration of delayed payments, being a player in the good ole USofA. I have great empathy. Until you can give hard, proven facts in reference to your "sheep in wolves clothing" comment, maybe statements as such, should be notated as your opinion, to which you are entitled. That's not factual.

Nifty, this group doesn't pay their bills on time. In my book they have a bad credit rating.

I cashed out a week ago or so via check(jackpot capital), and cashout went accordingly with no issues. In terms of Nuworks software I am also not impressed. Very similar to RTG. They also elimated 20 line games and made them all 25 lines. That extra 5 lines must add up to a decent amount of extra money gambled. I for now still seem to stick to RTG. It was "neat" to play the new software, but not neat enough to have me dying to play it over RTG.

That would then just be apart from winning bit of money.... Made deposits for around 265$ and managed win of 360$ I put for withdrawal.
With other deposits I am not ahead.... but this is not my case here ;)

My case is their withdrawal time, absolute joke and I am definitely not playing or depositing my money there again :mad:

All documents were sent to them for approval. Time for this was very good. Got approval this afternoon after sending them last night. So but kudos for this.

But then after contacting them if they could flush withdrawal or speed up withdrawal. Then I received this email ???

This means 96 hours waiting takes it all way to Monday before I will receive withdrawal. More like 120 hours.

I though these guys were great and had super fast withdrawals, I seem to have read that when they came out etc...

Good we have casinos like 32Red, Club World Casinos, 3Dice, Big Casino which payouts fast.

Also big kudos to Big Casino, Viktar helped me on my first withdrawal there. And I received the money into my Skrill account within 1 hour as he got it done manually. Reason was I had made deposit with Ukash. But he fixed it Brilliantly :lolup:

But I will be making seperate thread for this when I get proper time at weekend :thumbsup:

There have been many posts here lately regarding this group's new payout policies I.e. no flushing, no weekend payouts and 48 hour pending time. I'm surprised you didn't see them.

It's the reason they dont see a brass razoo from me now.
