Yes, at least one licensee that wants to avoid the EMSEB scam. I was testing a few out when bored, and noticed this at Intercasino:

Technically it can be argued it isn't quite fully compliant with UK Consumer Regs as the crucial term/information is hosted by a third party (UKGC) as opposed to the vendor but nevertheless it's a good action in line with the spirit of licensing rules.

I really like their sence of humour. I have read the Terms and Condition, like I always do.

This is how it should be set up since the players rarily know at what company they are playing at. Or who holds the license.

Yes, but it's geo-targeted so a UK visitor like me wouldn't have ever been able to have an account at Finlandia or Regalo anyway.
