Received an email from them last Friday.

Multi Window Support - now you can have your favorite slots game open AND be playing a hand of Blackjack AND be making a deposit in the cashier AND trying out your luck in Keno etc... You'll be spoilt for choice!

Slots Auto Play - Ever get a sore finger from all those mouse clicks? Now you can set your slots games to auto spin for up to 9999 games! With lots of great options like 'stop on jackpot win', 'stop when my winning reach...', 'stop when my account reaches $...', 'stop with a single win of over $...' and 'time period between spins' you're always in control of the game.

FOURTEEN great new games!
Yes you read that right - fourteen new games for you to try your luck at. There's new slots, new card and lots of new arcade games.

Keep your eyes open - this exciting change to Kiwi Casino will be heading your way within the next 48 hours. Make sure you keep checking to see if your account has been upgraded.

I've logged in to the software a few times, but no upgrades mentioned in the email have downloaded. Anyone have them yet?

If you play at this rogue casino, making one big bet with a bonus and winning it, they will confiscate your winnings, refund your deposit and lock your account. If you show yourself to be forum-savvy, they'll do a red-faced about turn, refund your stolen winnings and reopen your account, with a load of transparent cock-and-bull about why it really was about account fraud which turned out to not be the case.

ROGUE casino. Just one player or 200 players, no difference. ROGUE casino.

Don't patronise rogue casinos.

Jeeze Caruso, just can-it will ya?

The casino made a mistake and admitted it - at least to me in person. No reason to continually grasp the hammer and nails to crucify a casino that for a good number of years had nary a complaint.

There is a reason they are still listed here - and it's for a damn good reason. There are only a few Playtech casinos I'll endorse, and this is one of them. To constantly jump on their shit every time their name is mentioned is a bit unbalanced IMO.

Bryan, I said above: rogue is not about number or about payments when pressed. Rogue is about BEHAVIOUR.

Kiwi tried to rob a player, then paid him with a load of claptrap justification, which EVERY Casinomeister member saw through. The payment means nothing. All that counts is their unjustifiable, rogue behaviour. Did you read the latter part of the thread? Not ONE person agreed that Kiwi deserved "kudos" for coughing up 100 bucks' winnings. Not one. This was 100% agreement.

If Kiwi were an honest casino, this would never have happened. If YOU ran a casino, would this happen? If I did, would this happen? If you or I were looking at an account such as the player's in the case, would we lock it and rob him of his $100 winnings?? Of course not. Why? Because we are honest people.

Kiwi defined themselves the moment they did this. You cannot get around this fact. If you are honest your behaviour will be honest. This is not the same as a crook who would like to be regarded as honest for the sake of his business; he will slip up, because he is of that mentality.

The exact same thing applies to Sands Of The Caribbean. They tried to rob the exact same amount from me, then caved in with a load of cock-and-bull about "mistakes" when affiliate pressure was brought to bear. And they remain "accredited". And they remain crooks as defined by their rogue actions.

Sorry, I cannot agree to "can it" with regard to telling the truth about casinos to players who may not know, Crystal Palace or Kiwi. If someone pops up tomorrow and says "Hey, I see Kiwi, a Playtech, on Casinomeister's list; feedback, anyone?", do you think they don't deserve furnishing with the full facts? Or would we rather just shovel them under the carpet and forget it?

Players have every right to know. If I'm going to play at a casino with a history of attempted robbery on the basis of one bet, you betcha I want to know.

And anyway, why so ratty? I think telling me to "can it", when I'm passing on relevant and useful information to a player, is excessive.

Maybe because I tire of the negativity, that's why. Recently, I'm seeing a lot of it.

You have some valid points BUT you ought to understand that you are seeing things from a players perspective whereas I am seeing it from several sides. I'm the one who goes out and meets these people - if you were to join me and meet with some of them, you would perhaps not be so aggressive in condemning them.

My problem: it's not the operators or CEOs who are dealing with the players directly in most cases, but the CR and frontline managers. And sometimes people eff up.

I don't like what happened, and I made this clear to Kiwi. But I believe it was a case of poor judgement, and not something that calls for a decapitating "off with their heads" battle cry.

I do try to keep up with the casino problems posted here at the forum (and elsewhere). I am not an online gambling novice. Does that mean I'll never screw up and deposit somewhere that screws me over? No. It does mean that I do my darnedest to research a casino's history before depositing. I decided ages ago that beyond the initial sign up bonus, I do not play deposit attached bonuses at either Playtech or RTG casinos. If I have a notion to play Playtech, I may play at Kiwi again.

Soooo.... Back to my original question... Has anyone seen the new games at this casino yet? :D

Actually what Mousey received was a teaser from the casino. All of this should be launching by the end of the week.

Thank you, Bryan.

I think Playtech is way overdue for some upgrades and it will be interesting to see something new in the way of games and features.

Upgrades ?? - Playtech ?

Please post some BJ and VP results after the upgrade.
I won't be playing.

I just looked at Mega Sports Casino (Playtech) and I think they have what you guys are talking about already.

At the risk of seeming to butt-heads with the webmaster, which is in my experience a counter-productive activity...

I get this a lot, the "negativity" thing, and I always say the same thing in response: negativity is just fine as long as it's factual. Casinos are supposed to pay, so I'm not about to get excited about the fact when they do - I don't think it's comment-worthy. When they screw around, THAT'S comment worthy. You perceive this as "negativity". What can I say? - that's the difference between us. Long Live Factual Negativity - it's done a lot for a lot of players in the past (not just mine, of course). Long may it continue. It seems to work.

My view is VERY balanced. I frequently take the casino side. My opinion as above is based on the facts of the case presented in this thread - which I'm not going to backtrack over, for all our sakes. I am not seeing it as "a player" - if I were, that would be consistent of all my opinions. I try hard, and succeed, in seeing things from a balanced perspective. I challenge anyone to show me any stance I've taken that has been unfairly biased towards casino or player.

As to meeting people: people can and will say one thing to your face and do another from behind their computer screens, as you know. If I met the Kiwi folk, I've no doubt I'd find them good people. That wouldn't change the fact of what happened here. I put no store in what people say other than for what it's worth. If they go and behave atrociously once they're back behind their computers, then their upfront appearances, smiles and compelling talk all go for nothing. I don't soften my opinion because I've met them and liked them - that is weakness.

My own opinion here was that, based on the clear evidence of the thread, and Kiwi's words, there was no error of judgement: the casino took a clear stance, then when the player complained, the casino said that the "clear stance" was, in fact, a non-consideration, and "fraud" factors - previously unstated - had been the reason. This, to me, is a complete nonsense. And, it was to everyone else who commented. Every single person.

Of course, whether or not that is a reason to "decapitate" them is up to the individual. I consider this evidence of extreme untrustworthiness, and as such have to "decapitate" them myself. But then, I take a hard line - and hopefully a consistent one - on these matters. And I reiterate that this relevant historical data does not lessen, or devalue, with age or repetition.

I think what went wrong was that they shipped the casino off to Antigua to be managed alongside the other joyous casinos in that happy land.

Antigua does not seem to be the home of casinos with shining reputations, more like the home of some of Playtech's sharpest operators.

If they had to stuck to New Zealand in accordance with their claim that they are part of a New Zealand land-based casino, perhaps things would have been better.
