KISS at Jackpot Party!!

Well it's live and already eaten through one deposit. :)

Can't work out the variance yet. Thinking medium. Not many 1 x - 5 x wins but a few in the 8x - 15x range and there's obvious potential for big hits.

The biggest possible win appears to be 500 x stake in the base game which seems low.

95.01% RTP (inc JPP contribution) isn't the worst on the site.

Once the colossal reels novelty wears off, not sure it's one I'll go back to a lot.

One slightly unusual thing is that you can get 6 scatters (1,3,5 on main and 1,3,5 on colossal) but the highest free spin award is for '5 or more' so the 6th scatter doesn't pay.

Might need to start a 6 scatters thread!!

Any news....

...about accepting Swiss Players?

We can play all the WMS slots at the online casinos that have them, why you guys still don't accept swiss players... I can play at 99% of all online casinos. Just would love to know :))))

Thinking medium/high myself because of the big gap between 4oak pays and 5oak pays. The game is a souped up version of Zeus really - 500x stake is the same, extra stacked wild opportunities in the free spins, exactly the same RTP and the only way to win big is with the stacked symbols/wilds.

I like the Colossal Reels slots myself but you need to be very patient!

Actually it sort of does. You get 8 free spins for 3, 12 for for and 20 for 5 or 6 - so it skips the 16 spins for 5 scatters and gives you an extra 4.

That whole Colossal Reel series is highly addictve but very few big wins, I have played most of them in the land based casino's.

Me too. Not impossible though. This from Vegas last October:

Wow nice Simmo! I agree with me_and_ed not many big wins to speak of on the Colossal Reels. I've been playing these a lot for over a year and finally a couple weeks ago hit a super big win as seen below. The game appears to be a highly volatile slot with those gigantic reels but the reality is its more like medium volatility. Lots and lots of spins of just winning the bet back. Great for lots of playtime. The KISS theme seems interesting we have a KISS slot that just came out in land based but its nothing like the Colossal Reels version.

Lovely hit BB!!

Is it a WMS slot out of interest?

Yes it is...theres some videos of it out on YT also got a nice bonus vid of that game on my channel. I would love to play it in the colossal reels series. Looks like a lot of fun cant wait to see some winning screenshots.

Not impossible for sure, I go to Vegas frequently (is very cheap here, I live on the border of WA State and fly out of there, get comped rooms all the time), just got back 2 weeks ago, hit 850x on Van Helsing, I prefer the 5x on the bonus as opposed to the jumping wilds, still frkn addictive games!!

I had about an hour on Kiss on Wednesday - and found it a bit boring to be honest. In fact, I got so bored I ended up doing crazy bets (£5/spin = crazy for me) so that I would either win (bigger), or use up my balance quicker... :eek2:

I think it looks great - but it seems VERY low variance; I got the free-spins 4 or 5 times and every time it paid between bet x10 & x20 - even on the set where it re-triggered (for 16 spins in total).
Not really surprising though, as I strongly suspect that WMS slots are all not random in the true sense of the word, but are compensated slots. For me, that takes some of the excitement of playing away.:(

Woah!

Tinfoil hat for KK please :D

You got absolutely any evidence for that whatsoever old chap, or is it just a 'in my opinion' sort of deal?

You are basically accusing Jackpot Party of lying on their website, and being in breach of their licence terms.

Old / Expired Link

Every game outcome at Jackpot Party is 100% random. Only your luck changes.

We never change the game odds for any player at any time. All players have the same game odds of winning.

Every slot spin is independent from the prior spins. It is possible to win jackpots on back–to–back spins (meaning there's no payout cycle).

That's the 2nd time that you say that. Last time I asked you why and you didn't reply. So I'll try again: Why?
Land based WMS slots aren't compensated otherwise they would be illegal in most of North America, I can tell you this much.

As you already know, I believe most of MG's slots use a true reel-strip and when you hit spin you have a completely equal chance of ANY symbol on the strip landing on the win line. The result of the finishing positions of the 5 reels determines what you win. This is what I call " truly random".

However, WMS slots clearly do not work in the same way - for starters it's obvious to me that they don't have true fixed reel strips (unless they are INCREDIBLY long!). I believe that when you hit "spin" the software picks a number from 1 - X with each number representing a win amount, and then the reels just spin and "throw in" the required symbols to produce that win value. In other words, the way Dunover and you (?) believe all slots work.
So yes, by the definition of their licence they ARE random, but not random in the way I prefer my slots to be.

Maybe "compensated" was the wrong word for me to use - sorry about that.

Compensated is entirely the wrong word to use, in that case!

That is how I believe WMS slots and indeed all modern video slots work, you're quite right about that though :)

WMS slots definitely don't have 'proper' reel strips, that much is obvious after even a relatively short session playing them, but I don't think modern MG slots have proper reel strips either, and Battlestar Galactica was pretty much proven not to.

Ok, this I agree with. WMS do not have real "reels". They aren't compensated, though (that's a whole other thing).

Edit: Goddammit, Chop is always faster than me.

Amend slightly, the way I believe VIDEO slots work. As I said before there is no need to have separate reel stops to make a truly random video slot. It's unnecessary. I agree that WMS have some highly dodgy graphics when the reels spin; Chopley has pointed this out too.
Anyway KK, I have lent you my avatar - amend as necessary the faces and feel free to use:D:D:D:D
