I tried Karamba casino who advertise a 100% deposit bonus and 100 free spins on Gonzos Quest with code KAR100.
I deposited and bonus but no free spins,
Went to chat was told free spins were in game called fruit party.
Went there and only 20 free spins. Went to chat they said the rest are awarded with future deposits!
Hmm not really %100 bonus and 100 free spins then I said, more like 100% and 20 free spins.
Oh well play and lose.

Had a promo email for 100% or 150% or 200% bonus with various codes no time limit or dates attached so 2 days after email decided to take it to try some games I haven't seen before.
Well deposited and no bonus, oh well I thought.
Played a little then went to play another game that I had been given promo free spins previously and played and lost. the free games were a promo for leveling up not part of any other promo.
When the game loaded after my next deposit it said 20 free spins remaining so I assumed it was part of the initial promo offer but when I tried to play I couldn't and got some weird pop up error saying lower bet, free spins bla bla or something so went to live chat.
Bear in mind my experience with this casino thus far is as above so not good.
While chatting I thought I'd ask about the bonus I didn't get as well and rechecked the promo email and guessed maybe I entered wrong code.

Should operators be a little more thick skinned and helpful or should they just be unhelpful and close chat if someone upsets their prissy sensibilities because they have frustrated them to the point of explosion?

Their terms state that "Free games are credited to a player’s account in the following manner: 20 free spins upon deposit, additional 40 free spins on the 2nd day, upon deposit (min € 20), additional 40 free spins on the 3rd day upon deposit (min € 20)."
clearly they are saying you do not get 100 spins on your first desposit, you get 20 free on your initial deposit, then 40 on the 2nd day of your deposit and 40 again on your next deposit on the third day, if you sign up and make a deposit lose all your balance and use the initial 20 free spins,
then don't login for 3 days then deposit expecting 40 spins, you won't get them because 4 days have passed, you must deposit on three consecutive days starting from the first day you signed up and the next day and the next day, to receive the free spins, that's how I would interpret their terms.

Yet their banner advertises 100% welcome bonus + 100 free spins with code KAR100 but if you dig down to the terms it does state they are awarded over 3 deposits and maybe you have to make 3 deposits on consecutive days though that is not clear. I will leave it up to other people if they believe that is misleading or not but not a huge issue for me.
The bigger issue is that my free spins have not been awarded despite it being my second deposit the day after the first regardless and not only that live chat were playing dumb with me and when I had the nerve to get pissed off about being messed around he just closed chat without solving my issue.
No apology about not being able to play a game or bogus free spins appearing that I couldn't play or for sending me promo deposit match that expires same day without warning you etc. Just a sanctimonious butt hurt attitude. Not good IMO.

On top of that I have heard nothing since I emailed and I told them about this thread and nothing here either so they are unresponsive too.

Pretty crappy way to treat new players IMO and then they didn't give me the right of reply so I posted this thread - maybe they will treat other new players better and iron out some of the issues?

I've got no opinion on the casino they may well be poor quality, and the promos definitely seem confusing and convoluted, but I do know people respond much better when your nice to them! :)

It was only near the end you gave him the code from the original deposit bonus. Maybe he wasn't the most clued up but you gave him little chance between your questions to answer and he was probably getting confused.

But with the abuse you were giving him id have closed the chat on you as well.

You made the first mistake. You deposited your money and the bonus was not added. However you started to play without it. When in fact if the bonus is not added you should have went to live chat immediately and made them aware. It is your responsibility to see you get the bonus. Instead you started playing with out it and when you lost your money you went crying for the bonus. Too late in my opinion. Say you had won with out the bonus. Then you would have been happy to take the win and forget about the missed bonus. The onus is on you BEFORE you start playing.

Should operators be a little more thick skinned and helpful or should they just be unhelpful and close chat if someone upsets their prissy sensibilities because they have frustrated them to the point of explosion?

There are a couple of other issues with this casino as well figured I would warn folk here what to expect.

I've played online and B&M since forever and rarely have any issues with chat even with much worse issues than this.
99 times out of 100 they are sorted out amicably without that operator being deliberately obtuse.

You are all so sanctimonious and upset about a chat operator being called a dummy when he actually did NOTHING to resolve the situation and hung up on a customer, pathetic.
No concern for all the issues outlined and the player? just be very nice and fawning in chat and hopefully you won't be ripped off?

If you can't make sense of the transcript even after the situation has been explained then really you are admitting to being as dumb as the chat operator - actually even dumber.

No need to be rude to your fellow members - and there's no need to act like a jerk to the casino staff. These chat support guys have one of the most stressful jobs in the industry. They have to be cautious with every word they type because they know that there are people like you who will post chat logs with the intent to get them fired.

So what's the problem? You didn't get your free money? Seems like a lot of needless pissing and moaning on your part.

For my part I got a broken game, 20 free spins that weren't free spins that then vanished without explanation.
A rude dismissive response to my question about the email promo which didn't have any dates.
To explain 3 times my promo free spins hadn't been applied which he was being completely dumb over.
And then told that using sarcasm as a way of biting my lip was not to his liking and that he would close chat without solving my issue which he was obviously iching to do as he did without warning on my next response which was not insulting or abusive.
But hey yeah, I the paying customer am the bad guy here for not being happy clappy about being dicked around.

There is only one 100 free spin promotion and he has my account details in front of him. How is not obvious?
I told him 3 separate occasions it was deposit bonus with 100 free spins.
He didn't explain the issue with the game I was having, why 20 free spins showed up, why I got the error or why they disappeared.

I receive constant spam from these guys with the same promo So looked it up on this to check there trustworthiness I can safely say I won't be depositing there I'm guessing the c.s knew what you were on about but most likely gets the same complaint everyday And I don't like people who defend dogdy terms either especially if the promo clearly says 100 free spins after you deposit on there home page then has some small hidden deep down in the terms Actrully only 20 on your first deposit I think most these casinos do this sort of stuff to sucker noobs into depositing first And they usually don't find out about casinomeister untill its too late and they've been scammed a few times And omg there spamming is on par with reward groups They even congratulate me for receiving there offer of 100 spins lol
