Hey.
I deposited 60 C$ through Mastercard for one week ago, and have wagered the bonus 40x. I now have 400C$ that I want to withdraw, but the site doesn’t allow me because it requires deposit through mfinitiy, to be able to activate mfinity as deposit method. For some reason bank transfer and mastercard also sometimes appear as withdrawal methods, but also appears to be blocked. Customer service says that they have “forwarded my request to a relevant department”.
Anyone have experience with this site? It’s the worst I’ve tried. Keep having connection issues when playing. Any advice on what I can do or who I can contact to solve this?
