As they now no longer flush withdrawals on the weekend. That's a deal-breaker for me, and they had no flexibility about it despite the fact that I've been with them (and Aspinalls before - same group) for several years and they've had ALL my microgaming deposits in that time.

Fair enough. I can imagine that not having someone flush withdrawals on a weekend means:

a) Not having to pay the person who does the flushing.
b) More reversed withdrawals = more income.

Rather than just griping about it, I resolved to close my account and vote with my feet. Pretty much the only power I have as an online player.

So, on to pastures new...

If anyone could recommend an MG casino which DEFINITELY flushes on request, and which treats you right, please let me know. In the meantime, 3Dice, and Jackpot Party will be seeing all my deposits. It seems tougher to win there for me, but I'd rather play somewhere where I know I will get my withdrawal with no hassles.

Peace.

Thanks v much guys. I have already received a "come back" email from VPL and responded by asking them to change their rules. I doubt they will, but it will be interesting to see what the outcome is.

Thanks for your help - much appreciated.

and their response...

soooo, they came back and the VIP manager said:

Thank you for your email.

We have misinformed you and I am terribly sorry about that.
I have spoke with management and they have made it expressly clear that we are able to flush cashins over the weekend however, the cashin will only be processed for withdrawal on weekdays as are finance team are only available during the week.

Although this has been a terrible disappointment to you and embarrassment to me and XXXXX, I am pleased that we are now able to rectify this misunderstanding on our side and retrain all the staff that are unaware of this.

Please accept my sincere apologies and rest assured that the correct measures will be put in place for this to never happen again and that should you request a cashin to be flushed at any time, we will gladly do so.

Kindly allow me to reopen your Aspinalls account and credit the $50 to you.
I will also gladly credit an additional $50 in your new Sun Vegas Account if you chose to open one.

A nice email, no doubt, and a solid apology.

Still played back my withdrawal that I wanted to flush on the weekend. I'll have a think about what to do now. I do prefer to stick with a place where I already have a rep and they know me but this whole episode has been frustrating. Comments appreciated.

I personally would accept the apology and the free chips. I play a few places that don't pay on weekends, so I'm more likely to choose somewhere that does on weekends.

But if they will flush, and I know that Monday payment will be processed, I would consider that acceptable. Still leaves playing Sunday evening until Thursday as good times to play.

Your call of course, but if you have a good relationship with the Casino, have mostly been satisfied in the past, I'd look past one mistake at the bigger picture.

It's nice to hear about all these casinos that flush on request or automatically. That is the way it should be and reflects professional management. I don't think there is one single casino other than 3 dice which behaves this way for the u.s. market. It just shows you the total difference in the quality and philosophy of the business your dealing with.

When people say they love clubworld, I guess it's all relative because they don't flush or pay on weekends. If I could play anywhere, I would only play at some of the places mentioned in this thread.
