I wonder if some of the fellow members especially those from countries like U.K. or Canada have the same issues or information regarding the close down of the white hat casino group operator “Jonnyjackpot”. You can find the issued MGA license here.

Since 12th of April i am waiting for a cashout of close to 1000€. Since then they repeatedly confirmed that my cashout is underway via bank wire. Till today nothing has arrived. I had contact with a so called vip host by Jonnyjackpot and there was a steady exchange of emails with the usual “it may take up to xxx days” and some other type of answers which were leading to the same direction. So now it is the 28th of April and still no payout has arrived to my account.

To be fair. This casino never had refused any payout or gave me trouble in the past. Now as it seems they can´t or simply won´t be able to payout my money even tho a colleague of mine got his money cashed out.

Surprisingly today i have received an e-mail stating the close down of the casino Jonnyjackpot. I wonder about the correlation between the money which has not arrived to my bank account and their retreat from the market in my country. So i am not sure if this situation affects only me or if some of you have the same experience(?)

My questions are…

Does anyone of you know about a close down of Jonnyjackpot in your country or refusing of payments?
Does anyone know about current issues/problems concerning the white hat gaming group (e.g. other casinos)?

Thank you in advance for your help.:)

If they did'nt pay you out and send you an email later on, stating to close their casino in your country, left or right it's its an asshole action.

This does'nt sound like some sort of reputational brand. I dont understand these users signing up to the most vague casino's. Most of the complaint threads is by these vague places.

By personal experience i had never problems with them in more than 3 years i was playing there. I understand there are bonus related issues concerning this casino group. However this does not label them as "rogue" in the first place imo.

Well they haven't paid the affs thus far this month either, although that too has occurred before and we've got it a bit late. I know we were told to stop promoting them to UK as they weren't taking them any more a couple of months or more back, so it makes sense they're closing.

It seems the site is still there, taking UK sign ups!

Thanks for your input @dunover ,problem is what to make of it(?) This doesn´t sound really good atm.

Well, if a white label is closing, surely it would fall to the license-holder to pay out any winnings? Unless WHG themselves are in liquidation, in which case you'd become an unsecured creditor (though customer funds should be protected and separate.)

Little update: Got the new contact, I might get them look into this Tuesday (after the holiday)

Update: The issue was resolved for good. After one month they paid me in full. I still do not have any information about what was happening but as i mentioned before, they always paid out so i am ok with that even it took time. Thanks again for your help @LadyJelena :)
