Jetbull Withholding No Communication

I ran my 6500€ balance up to 51,000€. They had me sent a bank statement and me holding my ID card of course I did. Now without warning they made my max bet on everything 100€ And did not inform me until a window popped up (I would’ve won the bet mind you).

I’m very angry. They’ve kept me in the dark, haven’t said anything. And aren’t telling me what’s going on. The VIP host keeps telling me someone will contact me it’s been five days and I’ve been left in the dark with no update.
 
I turned 6500€ into 50,000€ on Jetbull. I sent in everything even additional stuff. I had no complaints, I realize they have to verify more stuff even though I was fully verified.

But last night I was playing and made a bet. After bets were closed a Weird pop up came that said “your max bet is 100€.” And my bet was cancelled out without even the 100 being placed. I tried multiple games and this was the case everywhere. I would’ve won the 500€ bet too. I love how when you lose it’s so easy. When you win, things start to get tricky.

I was never warned that this was “100€ Max” was placed on my account by anyone. Support told me my account is in good order and I’m free to play. I asked support what’s going on, nobody knows anything. Frankly I’m just mad at the lack of communication by them. I’m also concerned about my balance now because obviously they are sweating and worried about 50,000€. If they’re upset about someone winning 10x the deposit, that’s not a good sign. I just wanted to warn others about this happening.

There is not much I can do but wait especially on a Sunday. I just want to warn everyone that Jetbull is afraid of winners and that you may want to look somewhere else to play.

Pobably is the case - They are limiting their exposure.

At present JetBull and her sisters / Everymatrix are not in a very good place.

Great. I thought they were a legitimate website that had been in business since 2007. I thought they had all these licenses. What should I do? Now I am scared.

i have gotten zero answer from them today except that it’s coming. I’m really scared they’ll steal my money.

I wouldn't be worried about getting paid. Everymatrix is still doing OK under their MGA licence. And Jetbull is not owned by Everymatrix, only operated by them.

Bookmakers often install bet limits if you are winning too much to minimize their exposure.
 
To make sure player lose it back, should be able to make player to play slots :) Assume that speaking about betting here and not slots? Limiting players is part of risk controlling, you don't even have to win a lot or be winning player, but if your bets are found to be potential risk, you can bet very low limits before your first cashouts.

You are correct in saying that Jetbull have been around for a while. I stand to be corrected, but they recently changed ownership.

If I were you, I would complete documents etc and withdraw your funds. No use playing further if they want to limit you.

When do I make a complaint?

 
You should wait until they have gotten back to you.
You can take it from there.
I would wait and see if the documents are satisfactory to them and if they will pay out your winnings.
If not, you can always start a PAB here.

I would just not do it yet, as there is no reason for it.

They are still reviewing your documents.
 
When is filing a PAB warranted? How much time do you wait?

Any time - If you have enough reason to believe they are stalling you or do not want to pay legitimate winnings.

What I can say is be patient - Don't let them disappoint or frustrate you into reversing or losing all that money. If thats their intention - they will try as hard as they can to stall.

Surely if it was their intention to pay the person promptly the case would be given priority (There can’t be many, if any other people that win this amount daily). As 5 working days have passed without an outcome being reached you would have to assume they are playing for time.

That said if your account is blocked until this is resolved am I right in assuming you cannot play your winnings back? If it is blocked you shouldn’t be able to withdraw or play should you?
 
Now after two weeks they want a paystub And income. This was after I submitted everything they said was additional info including my bank. They’re just wasting time. PAB submitted I will no longer post.

please be aware of Jetbull and not paying winners

UPDATE: They’re asking me for information I already submitted two weeks ago, now they’re just Going in circles on purpose one can only assume.

It seems you have not read the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures as was requested when you submitted your PAB. Please do so now, with special attention to item 2.3 -- "DON'T sabotage your complaint".

Let me know in your PAB ticket whether you will continue posting here (and thereby kill your PAB) or you will respect the PAB Rules and refrain from posting here until the PAB process has completed.
