Question JC - still players friendly?

Jackpot Capital used to be a nice casino to play at imo. I dislike their decision to implement a 48-hour pending time, but still deposited and played, mostly T-Rex and Paydirt. My last two winning sessions fell on a wednesday. As an e-wallet player I expected the withdrawals to be cleared on friday, but - no. When I request a cashout, I mostly split it up in order to not reverse the entire sum if I want to continue playing. My last cashout consisted of three transactions. The casino paid me on monday, but only one cashout was done. The rep told me in a PM that only one transaction is done per day. I looked up the T&C but could not find anywhere a term that restricts the number of skrill transactions per day. This is not a big deal for me, my entire win was 200 USD (last time it was about 300, two requests which were paid out on the same day - monday of course), but paying a player "day by day" is something i never encountered before. I would like to hear the opinion of my fellow players. Am I expecting too much here?

Cheers

If I remember correct you have to cash out before 9am CET on Wedneday's to get it on Friday, or you have to wait over the weekend.

The reason they changed to that 48 hours was because people were circulating their money. Cashed out, deposited, cashed out again...and so on. So they decided that the players rather should reverse then do that. Each cashout cost money, so what you did now with making three of them, well..
I know I was so stupid that when I had a cashout, I went back immediately and made a deposit. Not so much to play as to show I was grateful for getting the money so fast. I had no idea that they didn't want me to do that :D

This is not about JC group, this is about all casinos who have 48h pending period.

A 48h pending period is there of several reasons, one of them is Tirilej's reason and this is the one casinos themselves want players to think.

The most obvious one is that quick money in and slow money out is a damn good business model. This is also why casinos often have withdrawal limits/week/month/24h period etc.

And the third one, the one most casinos do not admit, they hope that players make a reversal and then lose. And this during weekend of course. When do players tend to have time and want to have some fun? Ah, correct, the weekend. So their own business hours (players can deposit and play 24/7) isn't applicable when it comes to withdrawals.

My advice is to vote with your feet! Put your money where they don't have pending periods if you want them gone! :)

I dont know where the difference is regarding the costs. Now I have two more pending cashouts of whopping 50 bucks each and must wait one, resp. two days to receive the money. My impression is that they do everything to pay as late as anyhow possible. I would have reversed most probably to play in my free time, but after the casino invented rules like "one transaction per day", then no.

There are quite a few csinos that have one transaction per WEEK due to their third party vendors that pay out. I though JC has this rule also now? Inetbet has this rule and a few others. Check the banking page. It will let you know. I know that when I withdrew and did it in 2 parts, I had to wait a week for the second half of my withdrawal.

No third party vendors, I use only skrill for cashouts. There is no such a term in the T&C nor on the banking page in the skrill section.
