Hey Guys,

I just found a online casino script named GamingCenter from JackPotSoft.com when browsing the startcasino message boards.

Do you think i should better use the ready script from jackpotsoft or a boss media application when starting my own online casino?

I have a budget of about $20.000 to start-off (including website marketing etc.)

Contact Boss Media ;) I love all their games!
And, be careful with unknown gaming platforms, may be a scam like start-your-own-casino.com

If you start the casino in Boss, tell me the website when it's ready. I will play there ;)

Thx for the info :)

Do you know what it will cost to license the boss media application?

Thx

$20,000 is not enough to start an online casino. How do you expect to pay winners?

That, IMO, is why there are so many shady outfits out there... startups with less than $1,000,000 are ridiculous and will only end up in the rogue section at CM.

Unless you have several million dollars in the bank (with at least two in reserve), I would seriously discourage you from trying a start-up operation.

Reasons:
1. Too competitive. You will never get players unless you plan on purchasing someone's database. Even then, nothing is guaranteed.
2. You won't be able to pay some of your bigger winners promptly. Speak with some of the newer operators. They'll tell you that you will operate in the red for several months before seeing a profit.
3. $20,000 is enough dough to purchase a casino that will just piss everyone off. And like kwblue implied, you'll be rogue-ified in a New York minute -- and that's no fun. :(

My suggestion would be to look into a white label operation. Which is like being a superaffiliate. You'll have the same marketing problems, but your payments and customer support are taken care of.

I actually already own the bodog.com database, so marketing should not be a problem any more,,

If i wanted to start-off with the jackpotsoft.com application which actually does not look that bad and is pretty cheap (500 bucks) and keep the rest of the money for payouts, would that be ok?

I really dont have a bigger budget now, but also dont want to be an affiliate of another casino, that sucks ^^,,

you can take a look at the casino application i am thinking about purchasing @ demo.jackpotsoft.com, I could use this one first and switch to boss media as soon as i got some profit.

THX ;)

Don't even get me started...

(I've been very good today, and haven't even let fly with any of my stomping, snorting rants -- but if I keep seeing posts like this, I'm going to start screaming...)

Jason, dude, if $20,000 included the funds used to pay winners, I could log in, get lucky, and take you for about 25% of that on your first weekend. And I'm just one person.

(This assumes that you don't lower the maximum bets to around $2).

jasonmuni... I apologize for my rude reply earlier.

We already have so many casinos that can't pay, won't pay, slow pay, and take forever to pay US players (even good casinos)... I simply cannot fathom how anyone could start a viable casino with only $20k.

I must admit that Ive spent 3 days before I decided to post this.
I didnt want to be responsible for what might happen after making this public.
I talked to few people and theyve made me change my mind as all the information I will provide here was found on JackpotSoft website and searching on the Net.
Please notice that I didnt know who these people were before I started digging about them.
Bryan or Ian, dont hesitate to throw this post in the garbage if you feel so.

Well, lets start.
First of all, lets

Man, you dont embarrass yourself with lies.
You clearly say to the entire developer community: Im a thief and I need your skills to steal some good content out there.
Bravo. It worked perfectly if I believe the answers you got and what you've achieved since then.
Well take a closer look at that later.

While I was sticking to your footprints, another name showed up.
On the

What do we have ?
The first thing which appears clearly is that Julian is a born spammer.

He starts with DigitalPoint, a SEO forum he got banned from, promoting his previous casino software con, LucraMedia (website is already down):

He continues with Yahoo Answersthe experts answer is enlightening for the newbie operator:

No one can stop him so he goes on with the StartCasino forum where he gets, like always, the treatment he deserves:

He tried before with another profile but got busted by Jeroen:

As Jason Muni, hes looking for developers:

He is trying to build an online casino, called Win25.com, with the JackpotSoft software.
The website is still in development, the homepage isnt available, but

If we dig a little deeper we can find these information related to Julian Zehetmayr.
He was the CEO (he definitely like this function) of Doc-U-host, Doc-U-Design, etc
You can read

about the Doc-u-host scam but

is the most important.

Man, you cant stop keeping coming back again and again, like the villain in the movies.
How do you feel being rejected and banned all the time ?
Cant you just find a way to do things properly and gain some respect from others ?

that Jason Muni is related to another webhosting company, HostGator or GatorHost.

I provide these links for the people who needs to get in contact with Julian, Jason or whatever he calls himself:

Well, now you're maybe asking yourself: OK, these guys are f...... spammers, thats not such a big deal.
Correct, the problem is their software.
Actually, they didnt copy ePlaysoft (like Jeroen thought) but Chartwell, GTS and 90% of their games are stolen from B3W.

Lets have a closer look at their games.
All the games from the Link Removed ( Old/Invalid) except Fruit Party, Wild West, American Roulette and Blackjack which are from Chartwell, are from B3W.
The games from the Link Removed ( Old/Invalid) are from Chartwell, B3W and GTS.
All the games from the

are from B3W except Magic Money (Chartwell) and Super Cash Crane (GTS).

In the Casino section, well see 12 games, of which 10 slots (8 from B3W and 2 from Chartwell).
The name of the slots is the same as the original but the worse thing is that theyve stolen the .fla files, so sound and graphics are exactly the same as on the original games.
And they did it that bad, that they've even copied the links from the flash game to the original casinolol
Theyve corrected this bug lately, as today, the link is invalid.
When 2 days ago, I clicked on HELP menu, the rules and the banking button leaded me to Yachting Casino (B3W casino) rules and banking section.
Its funny to see how bad these guys are.
For example, click on the Link Removed ( Old/Invalid) and watch the original

Its a cut and paste job. To use your own terminology from the Getacoder offer, its a clone.
Now, dont be surprised if your new partners insist that you follow them, properly fitted with your new concrete shoes, for a little walk in the Danubes bed.

Whoa, that's some interesting sleuthing Alexandre - I'm sure the software companies concerned will find this a fascinating read! As for Julian Z, it really does appear that you can run but it's quite difficult to hide....

Jeez. I'm handing this one over to CM to deal with. Aside from the other issues mentioned above, what worries me as much as anything is that you "own the Bodog database" :eek2::confused: How?

thank you very much Alexandre!

I will forward the very detailed information you provided to our friends at Chartwell and GTS, so that they can decide whether to take legal action or not!

Good to know that there are still some honest people out there :)

Me too.
As you can see from my first comment on this thread, I though this guy was just another mythomaniac, but after digging about him (them ?) I realise that it's maybe possible he has stollen Bodog's database as the names of Jason Muni and Julian Zehetmayr are related with hosting companies.
The most important is that Jason Muni was HostGator's general manager, Julian Zehetmayr was just a reseller through his company Doc-U-Host.
Maybe someone should email HostGator (which seems to have a very good reputation on the market) and ask them if they have hosted websites, databases or email platform for Bodog.
Maybe Bodog's staff should be aware of this thread.
Anyway, I highly doubt that HostGator or Bodog will publicly recognize such a mess.
