SkillOnNet acquires JackpotParty.com from Scientific Games

Online casino software provider SkillOnNet has acquired the igaming website JackpotParty.com from Scientific Games subsidiary WMS for an undisclosed amount.

SkillOnNet has acquired all Jackpot Party assets including the player database and will migrate all the players to SlotsMagic.com, a new casino website specifically set up for this purpose.

Affiliate sales and marketing changes will be managed by EGamingOnline, who will be contacting all affiliates to discuss new traffic and payments for existing players migrating to the new online casino. Affiliates are required to change all their Jackpot Party promotions, links and reviews to Slotsmagic immediately.

SlotsMagic.com will have all the WMS games offered by Jackpot Party as well as “an extra 200 + games from providers such as NexGen and Amaya with exclusive SkillOnNet slots and their popular 3D range. They will also now have a Download Casino, Live Casino and a wide variety of Table Games giving them a lot more choice” according to a statement on the EGamingOnline website.
