I am quite angry this morning. I made a withdrawal from Jackpot City and when I withdrew it, I chose the cheque method in which it asked me if I would like a registered cheque. I ticked yes, and the balance went down by $35 as that's what it costs for registered. No problems with that. All good. The problem is... 5 days later when I received my email that payment has been processed, the withdrawal balance was back to the normal balance. So I queried it via live chat and was told a normal cheque is being sent. And I know for fact I ticked that registered box and chose to pay the $35. Even tho the $35 is back on my balance, I really wanted a registered cheque as I always get that. And to be told I never chose registered and that it's my fault and not there problem is what has made me angry. I just hope I get this cheque now as being not registered it's easy to get lost, stolen or not even arrive.
