Jackpot City mini glitch on Playboy slot

Okay so here is the story and issue. On Sunday evenings for the Month of July they are running a $1000 giveaway when you are logged on during a specific 2 hour time window. What happens is when you are logged on and playing a instant message window pops out from the bottom right of the screen telling you who won and to claim your prize right away. The goal is to stay for the 2 hours and hope to see your name there so you can claim a prize. Here is were the issue could cause you to lose a chance of getting your prize.

Most here knows that the Playboy slot opens a window out of the normal program and not just a new tab. Because of this if you had the slot on full screen you will not see any pop ups announcing the winners so you can miss out on your chance. I have brought up this issue with their CS rep and they have acknowledge the issue so who knows what happens next week when the promotion runs again but if you do play this casino during that time keep the main program window in clear view so you do not miss the messages.

Think it's already been mentioned in the playboy thread but you can drag the tab in the playboy window back into the main casino client just as you would with browser tabs... I didn't know about the promotion though I'll have to check that out for sure!

Yes I did know about moving the window into the main program to get it resize but the issue was more of the game not bring up the messages while playing the game. The nice thing is the rep at Jackpot City stated this is something they need to bring up to the techs as not everyone will know about the resizing and the potential to miss those winning messages.
