Why don't you lower you wager requirements on bonus? 30X is just too dang much! Also allow wager to count on table and video poker games. I have deposited there 1 time in the past. But don't anymore because of your bonus terms. Maybe if you would revisit your terms and make them more appealing. I and many others would deposit there more.

Did anyone else read this and think: But I don't have a wager requirement...why is this guy yelling at me? I'm not the casino!

Thinking this post would work better as an email to the casino or message to their customer service...I dunno juss sayin

Jackpot Capital is a stand up place, but...

I've never been able to cash out a decent amount in the year+ I've played there.
Let me rephrase that. I've never been able to cash out. Period.

To the point of the OP, I agree about the bonus requirements and that's why
I don't mess with deposit bonuses. I do get letters for freebies like
$25ND bonuses but have never been able to cash out using them.

I've deposited $100's and $100's of dollars but have never managed to make my
bankroll grow. I just don't get it. I stopped playing there months ago.
My luck just seems dry there. Oh well.

It would be swell if JC would do something a little different with their bonuses that sets them
apart from other RTG casinos. I would definitely use them.

2 reasons. The first being the bonus is cashable unlike CWC and the second is they do allow a table game ie paigow poker except for slotastic. The main problem with any rtg casino is that they require wagering of x times for bonus and deposit . What has the latter to do with wagering and clerance and the bonus? The most ridiculous promos are those 25% bonuses. You deposit $100, get $25 bonus and need to wager $3750. Might as well be required to wager 50x bonus which imo is much easier to attain and more reasonable. We are being clouded by these casinos when they state its only 20x or sometimes even 15x because in reality the inclusion of the deposit makes the wr very difficult to complete.
On a positive note the 60x wr on a free chip from this group doesnt seem too harsh in comparison.

First of all, you don't have to take the bonus..

I very seldom take bonuses anywhere..However, I have better luck at JC than any other casino when taking a bonus..I took one last week and went on to make playthrough and cashout out 1,000.00 (on a 50.00 dep)..I have had quite a few cashouts at JC..I definitely get more play at their casino than any other (of course I am from the USA so very limited where I can play..)..Also, never a issue with payouts and quick also..

I am sure it is all just timing..I have played at so many other casinos, places where other members say they hit all the time..Well, nada, zero, zilch..

I probably would agree that 30x was steep if there bonuses where not cashable (as chuchu mentioned)

Have not been able to make my usual deposits (what I mean by usual is when I deposit enough I feel I don't need a bonus for playtime) here lately so I have been claiming quite a few bonuses (probably to many without depositing with no bonus attached) & they still send out 100% bonuses weekly etc.

Have made playthru on a few bonuses but silly me don't know where that cash out button is :( only time I cashed out was on a ND bonus but that is because I knew I could not win more :p

You get a lot worse WR elsewhere with non cashable bonuses.

I have been fortunate to cashout on a few bonuses from JC and Slotastic. I had one today. Deposited $100 w/ 50% match for playthrough of $4500. I don't always use a bonus but when my gaming funds are low, I will.

My personal strategy is when I get over a $200 balance I up my ante from $2 minimum to the next level. I always start at $2 and never go above $5 or $6.25, depending on the game. I managed to cashout today for $370. I will not reverse my funds! I have managed quite a few larger withdraws doing this too.

It can happen and I love the fact that there is no cap on a match bonus for withdraws.

I Agree 100%-JC payouts are non-existent and bonus playthroughs/max w/draw ridiculous

I disagree. I just re-discovered them recently and have done well there. Waiting on my second cashout in 10 days. First one was a $100 deposit w/$100 match for 30x wagering requirement. Hit well on Coat of Arms cashout out $5300. Next one was $50 deposit that became $700 after wr.

I like it!

I just received a snail mail offer from them. Free $50, cashout max is 5X deposit. Great. Then I read 60 time playthrough and say, nope. Not worth the time or hassle to most probably not make play through. I will stick with my regular casinos and their bonus offers.

Unless the free chip is from Slotastic you are normally allowed to play Paigow Poker as an included game. Bet the $50 on one hand and its double or nothing. If you win its now $97.50 meaning you only need a 30x playthrough.

But it's FREE? I always take FREE at a decent site. Why not?

Although I'd usually agree on this point, taking free chip offers from any casino as an American is usually worthless. The maximum cashout restriction, as we all know, is usually applied until you cash out. Since the only available withdrawal methods for Americans carry minimum withdrawal amounts, you're basically stuck with an amount of money you can't do anything with.

The exception, of course, is if the maximum cashout is at or above the minimum cashout for an available withdrawal method. The aforementioned 5x $50 would be an example of this. However most free chips have maximum cashouts in the $50-$100 department.

hi , wagering is ok if you get a good hit, ive had a few wins a jc when i was playing alot , since then i closed the account down moved onto lucky club .

poor payouts bad RTP% in 3 months of playing , thought i would try slotstastic , made a couple of deposits with bonuses crashed out only played two machines netted well over 500 spins nothing above 5x my bet & no features.

This has got to be the worst ive come across in all my years of playing at a new casino & people wonder why theres so many threads about RTG , its not the losing what gets me its just the stone cold deadness on slots , ive never seen so many balls come in on field of green slot , i counted no less than 20 times the 1st 3rd & fifth reel with a ball on them , i get the feeling something just isnt right , apart from that JC are a good group i think & at least they pay all players including USA.

Dumb question ------ is Lucky Club part of the same group as Jackpot Capital?

Thanks,

I stopped Playing at JC months ago. The wager requirements are really hard, too hard to have a fair chance of playing them thru. I play at Inetbet today where the WR are between 15-20x - think that is ok. best one ist Casinorewards where you have a playthru on the bonus only (30x).

Regards

It is not worth downloading just to play a free chip anymore. Playthroughs are insane, max payout is generally less than I am allowed to cash out by ACH or wire. I guess I have just gotten over the "thrill" of a new casino offer. I would much rather just stick with the few casinos I have that I trust and like. Even with them I seldom bother with a bonus. But that's just me.

i love jc got a 100 no deposit bonus and made wr and cashed out 500$

the is the 2nd time that i have cashed out 500 or more. they r the best imho

For US players getting any bonus under 40 bucks is useless Lets say you have to wager 60x and you make it Nothing you can do. They wont let you return it and play other games, you cant withdraw does not meet min req'ment so they have to be laughing at us
